已經好耐冇食韓燒,呢間韓燒餐廳聽左好耐都未食過,係登龍街經過無數次,有次買米線個時係下面買左個泡菜黎食,發覺非常好食,所以今次終於黎試呢度既燒肉。喜來稀肉係係黎自韓國既連鎖烤肉店,著名韓劇太陽的後裔都曾經係呢間烤肉店拍攝過,主打韓國燒烤,供應多個精選牛肉同豬肉部位,好似牛肉眼、牛五花、牛頸、五花肉、護心肉、梅肉等。夜晚七點去到,已經見到好滿座,店員安排入座。餐廳非常有韓式既感覺,係圓檯圓凳,凳拎起可以放袋係入面,餐廳空間感幾大,座位闊落。Menu首先有燒肉套餐,有牛同豬套餐,之後係飯麵類,第二頁係十幾款既豬肉類、牛肉類,另外仲有唔少酒,餐廳用QR CPDE 形式落單。每次換鐵板都會放一舊牛脂肪,爐邊仲有蒜頭,幾周到。-🥬 前菜/配料 💰0(👅: 8/10)前菜分別有三種,包括辣泡菜、醃蘿蔔洋蔥同辣椒雜菜,另外仲有生菜同爐邊蛋,全部都係免費任添。呢度既泡菜唔會太酸,小小酸帶微甜,辣味會有小小辣,咬落去幾爽脆。辣椒雜菜上面有有辣醬鋪面,不過唔辣,食落幾解膩。醃蘿蔔洋蔥酸酸幾開胃。有兩種,泡菜蛋同芝士蛋,到我食飽大概食左兩轉既爐邊蛋。芝士蛋會有少少拉絲,不過芝士味就唔算好重。泡菜蛋唔算辣,有小小泡菜味,酸酸好開胃。-🍜 壹頭牛 💰520(👅: 8/10)呢個壹頭牛SET 有五個部位,分別係喜來烤肉、牛五花、特級牛頸、牛肋骨肉同烤調味牛排,另外仲有兩塊菇同兩塊瓜。上碟時非常吸引,因為啲肉都係用牛嘅模型木盤上,因為牛肉份量唔少,所以幾澎湃。喜來稀肉係依度嘅招牌,佢會捲到好似一朵玫瑰花咁。份量係最多嘅肉,就咁睇唔會有好多雪花、脂肪係上面。牛肉有少少厚度,所以好快熟,但都因為太薄所以好易痴底,咬落肉質好嫩,入邊比較爽,食落去肉味重,不過脂肪比其他肉少,有用醬油輕輕調味,食落少少甜,味道同個牛好夾,唔會膩,可以同生菜包住黎食。牛頸比喜來稀肉厚身,食落都有牛味,不過牛味比喜來稀肉淡,同埋某幾舊會比較韌啲。牛五花係咁多塊最好食,佢係最薄身,係半肥瘦狀態,咬落係柔嫩多汁,質感似腩肉,食落牛脂非常甘香,油脂分布平均,食落唔會鞋,而且燒過既脂肪令牛味非常濃郁,就咁食生菜都唔駛係最滿足,因為油脂豐富,同佢本身有小小醃製醬汁,唔駛落任何醬料,最多點一兩粒鹽。牛肋骨肉係肋骨之間既五花肉,係一條條,比較厚身,咬落肉質鮮嫩,充滿肉汁,帶小小嚼勁。最後係烤調味牛排骨,雖然睇落好似唔新鮮,其實是用左醬油同梨汁醃製,燒完之後雖然厚身,但一啲都唔韌,幾軟腍,食落係好香醬油味,甜甜鹹鹹,用佢送菜係最好,因為佢好夠味。-🍜 牛舌 💰148(👅: 8/10)牛舌係薄切牛舌,分量非常之多,大概有二十幾塊。因為佢係好薄,所以其實每一面可能燒10秒內就已經夠,燒耐左絕對影響佢冇咁好食。輕輕一燒佢嘅香味已經好出,牛舌嘅邊位咬落會有少少脆,而入面就少少嫩,非常爽口,有嚼勁完全唔會覺得韌覺得鞋,有入口即溶嘅感覺,食落有牛味,油分充足,用醬汁醃製過,所以除咗牛味仲食到醬汁嘅惹味,鐘意食牛舌嘅我完全抗拒唔到。-🌟食物來講唔錯,肉類主打牛同豬,食肉獸一定可以滿足,前菜同埋爐邊蛋都可以無限添加,非常滿足,要挑剔嘅就係唔係每一個位冷氣或者風扇都好充足,有啲風機係吹緊冇食客嘅走廊唔係吹緊人,而抽氣算唔錯,只要較細火,就已經可以整熟啲牛又唔會好多油煙。價錢大約300至400,晚市來講算係中價嘅韓燒,可以再戰。-👅味道: 8/10🍴環境: 7.5/10💰消費: $300-400pp (服務費: 10%)…Read More

本身想打邊爐,但朋友怕怕喎,所以改咗去食烤肉🥩,其實咪一樣哈哈。呢日唔想食任食嗰啲,所以去咗喜來稀肉,貪佢大大份,肉質又唔差。之前嚟過一次,星期六晚排哂長籠,下面本身有個位類似酒吧咁俾人飲杯啤酒坐住等。但今日就無開,因為直接有位吧😊。嗌嘢食之前,餐廳就已經為我哋安排好前菜🥗,前菜有三款,我最鍾意醃蘿蔔同青瓜嗰碟,酸酸辣辣好開胃。泡菜我就無試到,因為朋友食得辣都話辣🌶。上次嚟都唔覺有套餐,原來有幾款兩人拼盤餐揀,包括壹頭豬🐷、壹頭牛🐮同埋韓牛拼盤套餐等。價錢由$420到$888不等,豐儉由人。牛魔王嘅我哋就要咗🐂壹頭牛Beef Set($520),當中包括五款牛,分別係喜來烤肉 、牛五花、特級牛頸、牛助骨肉同烤調味牛排骨。牛肉拼盤幾澎湃,每款肉嘅份量都唔少,我哋留意到好搞笑地每款肉嘅數量都係單數😂。拼盤如果有多少少菜會好啲🥬。其中同餐廳同名嘅招牌喜來烤肉真係好好食😋!牛肉大大塊,肉嫩;最精華所在就係佢個醃肉醬,少少甜得嚟,又夠哂味,夠味得嚟又唔得濃膩,好正。其次好食就係牛五花🌸,油份重、好香口,不過好易整到個鐵板燶咗;而牛肋骨同BBQ牛排骨都OK。牛頸肉我就嫌比較淡。套餐仲包醋飯團🍙八個,呢個味道相對普通,而且飯團波比較細粒。爐邊可以煮埋蛋🥚,仲係無限追加添,可以同膽固醇做朋友哈哈。爐邊蛋一邊配泡菜、另一邊配芝士,各有千秋!套餐包兩罐汽水,但我哋各自加咗$10要西柚汽水同藍色檸檬水(原價各$35)。汽水比想像中細杯,但都夠飲,而且有汽嘅嘢飲送烤肉真係好夾🤤。總括嚟講,呢餐烤肉都相當唔錯,招牌喜來烤肉果然係最好食,下次嚟我一定會單點呢樣!餐廳定價屬中等水平啦,畢竟食肉都唔怕會餓,真係唔夠飽都有好多飯類可以叫😉。另外,餐廳環境同服務都幾好,眼見大部份店員應該都係韓國人,但都識基本廣通話,而且好有交帶,多次加蛋同換鐵板都好快手。我哋食嘅過程到食完離開,個身都無一浸烤肉味,應該係餐廳通風系統幾好吧👍。題外話,餐牌有個好好笑嘅位,就係話烤肉要用上大量氣力,所以呢個任務要交俾👦🏻男仔主理🤣。…Read More

這頓晚飯是本月的第五餐燒肉。嗜肉者今次來到韓燒連鎖店-喜來稀肉於銅鑼灣剛開張的新店。原來吃肉真的會上癮。新店的座位間隔同樣寬敞,窗戶大開使內部空間通爽,加上爐頂的抽煙機減低油煙氣味。另外,適逢韓劇太陽的後裔人氣爆燈,餐廳特設劉時鎮紙牌供粉絲合照,一嚐劉大尉幫自己幫鞋帶的滋味。(利申:我沒有拍照。)店家一貫採用三道坑的爐,兩道坑均用於烤爐邊蛋(原味、泡菜味任君選擇),餘下一道坑烤蒜頭,待烤好五花腩後加入生菜包。淺嚐過酸酸辣辣的前菜喚醒味蕾後,事不宜遲,馬上從餐牌上亂指一通,把肉喚上。豬護心肉為喜來稀肉的主打,護心肉即豬肝與橫隔膜之間的肉,所以可以幻想到每隻豬的護心肉份量其實不多,感覺很是珍貴,實屬「稀肉」!我本來意外地把一片護心肉烤得過熟了,但肉質依然細嫩而內在保留肉汁,沒有像是牛肉過熟靱口的感覺。無論單吃、沾醬料吃、包生菜吃同樣出色。薄切牛舌帶有鹽蔥作點綴,把兩面輕輕烤熟變色後品嚐,有輕微入口溶化之感覺。同樣地,點醬汁不點醬汁,同樣出色。當然我還是建議原汁原味吃味道較好,較能享受肉類自身的味道。真雪花牛肉亮麗登場!雪花牛肉油脂紋路清晰,縱橫交錯,色澤鮮紅不帶半點暗啞,感覺很鮮。烤至五分熟後嚼感嫩滑,油香味充沛,半生熟肉汁味道使雪花牛肉的口感與味道發揮至極致。喜來五花肉為我個人必吃推介,把五花肉剪細,烤至全熟後的五花肉兩面俱金黃色,略帶油焦,脂肪融化於肉塊表面冒煙,香烤氣味撲鼻。把熟肉放進生菜中,再依個人喜好加入配料與醬汁,肉味香濃,油焦香味惹味兼提味。店員麻煩你再添加生菜可以嗎?另一韓食店最愛:生米酒 Makgeolli,色澤呈混濁米白色,略似益力多。此酒精飲品味道味甜非常易入口,大部分女士皆喜愛這生米酒,一個不小心就會喝至醉薰薰。…Read More
