近年荃灣區有一些我常幫襯的上海菜館都結業了,在開飯喇搜尋這區還有什麼上海菜館,選了這間位於愉景新城的南小館。由荃灣地鐵站行去都幾遠,不過有天橋直達就不怕風吹雨打。坐低睇住一大張點菜紙,有好多嘢想食。菜式選擇多,點完餸就食住前菜先。有花生和菜莆,味道唔錯,好快就俾我哋食左一半。為了滿足食小籠包心願,叫左兩款小籠包大吃一餐。鮮肉小籠包,上檯時熱辣辣,一籠有5隻,肉汁豐滿充塞在包內,吃時不可心急,否則會淥親條脷。雖然包皮不是很薄,但厚度適中,好吃。帶子鮮肉小籠包,小籠包皮是翠綠色的,有小帶子混和在鮮肉內,味道鮮甜,同鮮肉小籠包一樣,肉汁豐富好吃。南小館四小拼,在七款小吃內選四款。我哋選了四喜烤麩、糖醋排骨、羅漢素鵝、花雕白雞。四款食材分別放在四格位的碟內,小巧精緻。四喜烤麩,軟軟綿綿。糖醋排骨,酸甜好吃。花雕白雞,酒香雞肉滑。羅漢素鵝,腐皮有豆香。京蔥肉絲配薄餅,這個放上檯時我以為是上海粗炒,肉絲較粗,肉絲下舖滿了京蔥絲,炒肉絲的醬汁帶甜味,用薄餅皮包住吃另有風味。肉絲份量很多,薄餅皮只有四片不夠吃,多加兩片就差不多。上海粗炒,粗身麵條掛滿醬汁,另外有肉絲,冬菇絲,椰菜絲,醬汁不鹹,口感可以。老上海酸辣湯麵,湯底酸辣味濃,但麵上放的幾隻白蝦仁卻沒有什麼味道,麵身幼長彈牙,這個湯麵也要快點吃,否則麵會變得越來越糊就不好吃了。紅燒乳鴿做特價,29元一隻,叫了一隻試下。乳鴿體積都不少,肉多又嫩滑,一口咬下去,即時漏油,燒得夠火喉,色澤鮮明。今餐叫左好多嘢食,吃得飽飽,上海粗炒食唔曬要打包帶回家。…Read More

屯門無乜新餐廳,又向荃灣進發。睇左門口餐牌,見到都多選擇及價錢合理,自助取票機取票在門口等候,雖然3-5人枱第二張便到,但一直叫入都是二人枱,基本上兩人枱可不用等,等左大約20分鐘終於入座,環境算光猛整潔,侍應已放上前菜及蕎麥茶,枱上並沒有放上茶壼,侍應會幫忙添加蕎麥茶,食物都算好味並夠熱,乳鴿做緊特價但點單紙上並沒有,口頭叫侍應落一隻,最終也是漏單沒有來,所以冇得試。侍應有禮但人手略為不足,下次可再試餐廳的其他食物。…Read More

今日中午周圍行,見肚餓就入左去愉景新城搵野食,見到南小館,我印象中南小館都有好幾間,但從未試過,今次就試下,可能下午茶時間,唔太多人,唔需等位,我地叫了碗擔擔麵及煎餃擔擔麵非常夠味及有小小辣,最好味都係煎餃子,非常脆,果然係正宗,另帶一提,佢哋開頭都有前菜比我地酸酸地,非常開胃,及茶都非常好飲,好夠味,唯一美中不足的就是員工比較無笑容,唯獨一至二個,可能係經理,有好多笑容,總結:下次可以試下晚飯,一定會再來…Read More
