To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 另一位由細識到大既好朋友L小姐,相約替我慶生☺️☺️ 可能年紀開始大(!?😆),大家都揀食中菜,選擇多啲而且環境亦都適合坐得耐😄 L小姐揀選了銅鑼灣利園二期既<十里洋場>食lunch,而我也是第一次來這裡,試試什麼是淮揚菜😄餐廳裝潢有點古色古香,燈光不是很光猛果種,而是夕陽燈光帶點點滄桑感😆 食物種類繁多,望上去似上海菜食材。📍前菜三味:麻辣豬軟骨粒、手拍青瓜、西芹麻辣豬軟骨肉:幾腍同時有少少咬口,帶少少辣幾惹味,唔錯。手拍青瓜,幾爽亦有少少麻油味,幾開胃。西芹:正常味道,冇咩特別。📍太雕醉乳鴿第一次食呢道前菜,擺盤幾靚,排返一隻乳鴿樣子,有體面。至於味道上,用上花雕酒調調味,有酒香,而且肉厚,可以講係啖啖肉,幾好食,唔錯唔錯📍蜜汁脆黃鱔另一款前菜,賣相亦不錯。黃鱔炸過後,再用蜜糖汁再炒幾炒上碟,即炸即炒即上。黃鱔用蜜糖汁炒過後依然很脆口,就好似食薯片咁脆身,香口惹味,會繼續想放入口食😆😆📍鮮茄蛋疙瘩疙瘩即係用粉團搓出來的,即係麵食既同類。這道主食細細碗,用上蕃茄、雞蛋、菇菌類烹調而成。湯底幾清甜,配有蕃茄蛋係幾開胃,但就略嫌疙瘩大舊,太粉團感,如果細舊點就會好好多,相對容易入口。📍涼拌胡椒萵荀蟶子也是開味前菜😅😆 L小姐好想食蟶子。萵荀切絲,用上麻油,胡椒調味,而蟶子份量起碼都有5-6隻😆 有咬口唔會過老,呢款煮得幾好食📍鐵板灌湯生煎飽這也是即叫即整,由我地落單到上菜,大概30分鐘左右,餐廳職員都提點我地要小心鐵板。由於用鐵板盛著,生煎飽真的很熱很燙口,而且飽亦煎得脆口,當咬到飽中心,湯汁即時流出,燙口而且肉汁鮮甜,很好味。都話熱既食物係最好味啦,呢款真心推介餐廳播放著懷舊國語歌,好有老上海既味道,而在這裡用餐也不用擔心太嘈吵。餐廳職員都密密手沖水和執碟,亦沒有趕食客結帳,服務都可以呀。和L小姐邊食邊食計,起碼逗留了3小時☺️☺️😆 過了一個愉快的中午😇事後食評:-味道:4.0/5.0價錢:3.5/5.0環境:4.0/5.0衞生:4.0/5.0服務:4.0/5.0…Read More

可能是「十里洋場」這個名字改得好,直覺上覺得食物會有質素,不過首次光顧,去了近日爆滿的經典淮揚下午茶套餐,即時打了折扣!也許是短時間內大量製作,而且涼菜熱菜同時上,乳鴿唔脆怪自己吃得慢,嫩雞煨麵的湯淡如近水又是誰之過!幸好,淮揚小品全是招牌、補缺多少。$338/2人的套餐,項目豐富,且在裝修雅緻的飯店內用餐兩小時,算是化算。 前菜 $20前菜三式,酸爽的青瓜、芹菜、雲耳豆干,味道幾好,額外收費$20,並非贈送的。 點心點心先到,招牌小籠包、帶子鳳眼餃、鮑魚火腿酥、黑金流沙包上菜時剛蒸好,依然是熱的。不過涼菜與脆皮煙燻bb鴿,未幾隨後送上,次序打亂,唔知該先吃什麼! 小籠包、帶子鳳眼餃及鮑魚火腿酥皆各自到位,一口口急吃,印象不深,記憶中都唔錯,留後吃的黑金流沙包,流沙香滑但包已變硬。淮揚小品陳醋紅蜇頭,水晶肴完,金絲小排骨,蓑衣黃瓜,四喜烤麩,黑松露珍珠燻糖心蛋糖心蛋最好,其他無出錯,但未見特出。脆皮煙燻bb鴿迷你bb鴿,皮薄肉不乾,唔覺煙燻香,不過不失。嫩雞煨麵期望清醇並非如此清淡!湯頭淡而無味,味如混了大量清水的雞湯,麵質軟熟還可以。滋潤飲品點了楊枝甘露及紅棗杞子圓肉茶各一。 茶芥每位$20,因此,二人餐實花費$437。 若然想坐得舒適,吃些不錯的,可以閒坐兩小時(當日三點可入座),不失為可考慮之選擇,但食物質素切勿期望過高。  …Read More
