今日同朋友來慶祝生日。今次是第二次來食,午餐同晚餐不同,要散叫或套餐,我們叫了5個伊呂波套餐和1個Donburi定食,其實分別不大。。。兩個餐都可以選牛,牛胸外膜,豬,雞。我們選了三牛,一雞,一牛胸外膜。牛同牛胸外膜都好嫩,雞算普通。天婦羅同三文魚刺身也是普通,沒甚麼特別。睇來晚餐任食好點最後有個tiramisu雪糕,都算是一個完滿的套餐。…Read More

星期日,想食燒肉,就諗起伊呂波。一行三日,叫咗3個餐,加多個天婦羅同牛舌。單品$130以上,自動變成餐。要了一個 上牛排肉、 牛肩肉同伊呂波餐。每個餐都有前菜、燉蛋同甜品。前菜係泡菜同芝麻菠菜。燉蛋好味,好滑嘟嘟,又濃蛋香。先講單點嘅牛舌,切薄片,一碟大約有8塊。質素很好,絕對唔會韌。爽口,味道討好!上牛排肉,厚切,汁燒。勁好味,因為牛味濃郁,加上厚切,所以口感很好。油花均勻,啖啖肉,燒後點一點醬油,再加上白飯,一流!牛肩肉切成圓形薄片,初初仲以為係牛舌。呢個相對上牛排肉黎講就無咁好,因為太薄,火候難掌握,而且較黐底。不過牛味都好濃,又唔會鞋。伊呂波餐嘅牛肉,雖無咩特別名堂,但都好好食。而且份量不少,油花無上牛排肉咁多,不過都好甘香。如果加大,都只係多$20。甜品係咖啡雪糕,細細球,但好好味。咖啡味濃,又不會太甜!…Read More

禮拜六都是西打享食美食的日子。左喬右喬,終於找到一個禮拜六下午是比較空閒,沒有甚麼事要做,也沒有病痛。早於禮拜初就鐵定了這個週末要吃一頓好的來犒賞自己,西打也有跟朋友提起過這件事,朋友聽到西打要去的餐廳,也硬要改成禮拜六上班,下班後跟西打一起去瘋。指針剛指著一點正,西打已經衝著離開公司。搭公車到了尖沙咀,趕忙走到金馬倫道,時間剛好是一點四十五分。從電梯步出的一剎,彷彿走進了日本世界。吃的,當然是日本和牛。這次比上一次和幸的食記更誇張!永遠西打都不怕貴,只想一次吃最好的,然後再找別家店嚐鮮。本來打算吃這個最貴的套餐。豈料...服務員這時向西打和朋友提議...店員真的刺中了西打的骨節...提議西打吃這個特上的牛肉拼盤。還說平常這個拼盤只是一盤肉,午市時段可以免費送沙拉、刺身、麵豉湯、茶碗蒸蛋和甜點。西打當然蠢蠢欲動...問了朋友一句,呵呵呵,百多元的午餐變成了二百多元了。點好了菜就在等吃了。先來的前菜,麵豉湯非常濃郁,絕對不是隨便沖泡出來的貨色。刺身只吃了一片,其他都給了朋友。茶碗蒸蛋滑不溜口,是吃過最幼滑的蒸蛋,差一點舀不起來,連朋友都說,跟九龍灣的貨色比上來差太遠了。最好吃的還是那小盤的泡菜,不濃不膩,酸度和辣度都剛剛好,好久沒有吃過泡菜了....還沒有吃完前菜,還送了上等肉拼盤上來。一共有五款肉。看到這麼漂亮的日本和牛,連一貫看到燒肉會大開殺戒的朋友都變得戰戰競競,怕會亂來糟塌了好料。問西打應該先吃那一款。西打說,就有最普通的吃起吧。鹽燒和牛舌日本和牛最讓人讚嘆就是那些分佈均勻的油脂紋路,是西打偏見也好,但總是認為和牛舌跟普通的牛舌好像分別不大。就先來吃和牛舌吧。單是看到那種在鐵網上烙過的刻紋,這片和牛舌已經讓人食指大動。放到香甜的日本米上,待一下,讓燒烤時的油份點點滴滴都留到米飯,不論外脆內嫰,汁多豐腴的牛舌,還是沾滿了閃閃發光油脂的日本米,都已經是一道佳餚。厚切和牛胸外膜油花不算漂亮,在單點項目中也算是比較便宜的一個部位。慢烤成五六分熟入口還是肉嫰多汁,牛味不算濃烈,味道是不錯的,但總缺乏了一種在口中溶化的感覺,油脂也缺了一點點。再來是汁燒特選牛里脊肉看到這種油花就知道跟剛剛的兩款完全兩個級數。這次西打更小心的慢慢把兩邊烤成金黃就連忙送入口,哇...這真的是日本和牛了。輕嚼幾口,已經在舌頭上化於無形,剩下就是油香。好好好..吃呀!吃完里脊肉,就要吃和牛西冷(沙朗)切成丁粒的西冷,烤的時候難度更大,既然保持外皮金黃,又要把中間燒成剛熟不過老。西打還很機車的把六面都慢慢烤好才吃...真的...有衝動去台灣燒肉店打工!朋友把西冷送入口,整個人折服了。說完全沒有吃過這麼好吃的牛肉!西冷比剛剛的里脊肉更香,咬下去,中間的油份完全散佈到舌頭上每一個味蕾,吞下去,口中還迴蕩著讓人感動的油脂香氣。還沒吃,西打就跟朋友說,這幾片肉眼應該是最好吃的!肉眼比西冷嫰滑,油花更誇張,吃和牛就是要吃這種叫人感動的油膩。不是西打鏡頭有問題,是因為這種肉眼油脂太厲害,燒的時候不住滲出油份,才會把成照片軟軟的。燒好後送入口...朋友沒有說話...西打也沒有說話..心裏暗叫..怎麼會這麼好吃!質感就是棉花,根本沒有用力去嘴嚼,已經在舌頭上化為一團油香,然後達遍身上每一個細胞...朋友都說,這片的油香比剛才更濃烈,好感動的牛肉。吃完這幾個拼盤,西打已經很滿足,當然還有甜點!Tiramisu味的冰淇淋總計:HK$450 + 10%兩個人每人平均要二百多,作為平日的一頓午餐,是超級昂貴。如果作為稿賞自己,偶一為之,還不算過份。可能有人認為吃這種燒肉不能開懷大吃,只有幾片,不夠過癮,西打卻認為正正因為每個部位只有幾片,才會細心品嚐,不浪費任何一片肉。連愛吃buffet的朋友都說,吃這頓高級燒肉真的很讚!延伸閱讀:http://blog.yam.com/ywjoseph928/article/29604064…Read More
