餐廳位於上環區, 因附近多商廈寫字樓, 所以星期一至五嘅 lunch time 都好爆(滿), 如果想食都係預早訂定位好.
刺身定食共有7款刺身, 由師傅發辨. 刺身好新鮮, 切得又厚, 所以每一啖都食到鮮味. 基本上刺身只要新鮮就好食. 不得不提佢哋嘅山葵, 係用磨嘅而唔係用普通嘅膏, 用山葵蓉配刺身鮮味好多, 好食好多.
定食跟有白飯, 味增湯, 蒸蛋, 沙律, 醃菜及煮物, 非常豐富, 味道都好但唔算特別, 所以唔多作介紹.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
