第二次嚟食,上一次係聖誕今次係慶祝生日。服務質素態度點係5星,不過牛肉質素今次真係有啲接受唔到,比到盡3星。就因為啲牛肉質素影響到我對成餐嘅觀感同食慾。牛肉係壽喜燒嘅重點,希望貴公司著重返啲牛肉質素,同埋廚房出菜之前都檢視吓是否合乎標準。我哋嗌咗8百幾個set,第一輪啲牛真係好靚。到第二輪係斷開一節節,第三輪係脂肪多過肉。之後都冇乜心機同信心再嗌多轉牛。本身都係做餐飲都知道costing問題,但係消費者角度咁樣八舊幾水食脂肪就覺得唔係太值。不過其他食物係完全冇問題,刺身好新鮮啲蔬菜都好食。最後都有個小surprise,staff好突然拎個員工砌嘅dessert platter當係生日甜品。Overall,成個dining experience 就敗筆於最重點嘅牛肉,希望下次嚟食呢個issue解決到,唔係都好難留到客再食。…Read More

依間壽喜燒係同事推介,冇諗過一試就愛上。一個月就食左2次,都唔知點減肥😭先講我鐘意依度嘅原因:1)冇限時任食作為premium line,依度都幾重視顧客體驗❤️,就算係任食都剩係做1 round。誇張啲講可以由6點坐到10點。出面就算係貴啲既sukiyaki大多數都會做2 round,更加唔好講燒肉任食好多時都限時100分鐘,傾得計黎又食唔飽。而且依度環境算開揚同舒服,同朋友坐係度吹水真係一流🤤2)唔使排隊牛陣雖然大家都識,但因為咁令大家覺得佢行平價路線,反而冇乜人知佢有premium line✨大家又會覺得俾600蚊有更好既選擇,所以好易book到枱🥘而且都唔知係咪好事,感覺兩次食都唔係full house😭3)一雞兩味依度主打壽喜燒同shabushabu。如果壽喜燒燒燶左中途可以換一次鍋或者可以轉一次shabushabu,所以真係唔好燒燶個鍋🔥肉我會推薦壽喜燒煮,菜我就會推薦shabushabu。一餐可以有兩種享受,感覺上好豐富❤️講完優點就介紹食物:依度野食分左前菜(蟹膏豆腐,龍蝦沙律,海蜇)前菜好出色。蟹膏豆腐嘅蟹味好濃,龍蝦沙律會食到有爽彈嘅龍蝦肉🦞,海蜇就一般。就算係前菜,但其實豆腐同龍蝦沙律我自己都添咗3次🐷刺身🍣(我推介帶子同油甘魚)刺身質素都中上,解凍唔錯,冇雪味,但就唔係主角🦐天婦羅🍤天婦羅我覺得質素一般,食材嘅鮮味唔太食到,如果想食多啲肉我覺得可以skip肉🐂(A3/A5 和牛,豬,雞)489蚊套餐嘅牛係A3,589就係A5,下面有我,兩次食嘅比較圖。兩款嘅肉都好正。如果A3嘅話就比較撞手神,時肥時唔肥,有時一碟靚可以拍得住A5,但有時一碟又會差啲,不過肉味會比起A5多啲🥩A5嘅質素就好穩定,大理石花紋好平均同好靚,油香味出啲。豬肉同雞肉雖然唔錯,但比起和牛有明顯嘅落差,我覺得都可以skip。相比sukiyaki同shabushabu,我會推介壽喜燒多啲,先用牛脂將油均勻咁查喺個鑊度,再淋少少壽喜燒汁就可以燒牛,第一次唔識可以叫staff示範。燒完再點蘭王蛋汁食,會更加滑溜,好正。A3嘅牛會有少少嚼頭,但油香都好出。A5就會有入口即溶嘅感覺,口感好柔軟,油香更甚。但好難講邊個好啲,因為壽喜燒本來都著重肉味,燒落有啲糖嘅焦香配搭肉味都係一流。出面去一個set 800蚊好多時都係得4-6塊肉,要靠菜同飯食飽。但我係度食會食到10-12塊,有好大滿足感。野菜拼盤🍀就算係任食,菜嘅擺盤都唔失禮。我自己推薦菇類同紅心蘿蔔,因為鮮甜同爽口。菇類可以分開嗌。而且shabushabu食亦都好正。另外菜會推薦shabushabu係因為唔使慢慢燒,一烚就可以食。甜品🍬甜品方面有4-5款包括雪糕、蕨餅同蛋糕等等。我自己私心推薦蕨餅,有好濃嘅抹茶味🧉不過任食...所以都建議全部試一次🙈…Read More
