鳳城酒家都曾經係男朋友嘅童年回憶,佢父母細個時經常帶佢去飲茶。上環分店剛剛搬遷左,個人認為位置仲顯眼,可能我平時搭開巴士都會經過,就喺西港城附近,馬路邊。酒樓位置唔多,枱與枱間都唔算逼狹,尚有空間。不過想唔到平日客人都唔少,我地遲一步都要等位啊!入座剛好係兩點,下午茶時間開始,大、中、小點一律$20.8!抵食啊,午市嘅話爭好遠 (大$32/中$27/小$22)以上環區加上係老牌酒樓而言,都算係幾優惠嘅價錢。(諗起喺屯門嘅屋村酒樓都要$16.8了)本來男朋友同我講,一定要試炸粉果、布丁,係佢最愛。但我發雞盲啦可能,搵極都搵唔到炸粉果(笑),而家睇到啦喺煎炸類囉!下次要再試!同朋友快速點左幾款點心~即叫即蒸,所以都等左15分鐘左右。蒜香醬汁蒸鳳爪 (中) $20.8鳳爪熱辣辣,唔似平時食開嘅鳳爪咁一pat醬汁,我比較喜歡。蒜蓉、醬汁入味,鳳爪腍身,好食香茜叉燒腸 (大) $20.8叉燒腸皮薄,其實裡面嘅餡 (叉燒)都幾多,漲卜卜。不過叉燒味道唔夠濃,冇乜味。黃金流沙包 (中) $20.8流沙包係我飲親茶必點的!鳳城嘅流沙包幾有水準,夠流心,蛋黃味濃郁!鳳城蝦餃皇 (特) $37蝦餃幾大粒!皮夠薄,全粒都係蝦肉,不過唔夠彈牙。懷舊魚翅灌湯餃 (中) $20.8灌湯餃真係幾特別,有別於普通酒樓嘅做法,唔係用高湯浸住隻餃。反而直接以餃包住高湯!賣相好得意,籠邊有塊小小嘅蒸架,方便拎起隻餃。size好大粒,裡面滿滿係湯,但皮非常薄,好考功夫瑤柱珍珠雞 (特) $37本來係怕食點心唔夠飽,所以點個珍珠雞頂頂肚,點知食到呢度我同朋友都已經飽飽地~珍珠雞有兩件,份量都幾多。餡料都好足料,裡面有肉碎,冬菇、瑤柱蓮蓉焗西米布甸 (中) $20.8最後食埋個甜品,我第一次食熱布甸。布甸甜度適中,配合西米,口感不俗!同朋友share剛好,獨食有點膩。我地兩個本來仲擔心唔夠飽,真係眼闊肚窄,好在及時收掣,啱啱好夠食,又飽肚!原本以為老牌酒樓可能會貴啲,最終連埋茶錢加一都係一百蚊位,唔錯喎,比想像中抵食!餐牌:…Read More

放假正好帶著相機到處留影, 經過海味街..西港城後發現肚子有點餓了看到西港城旁有間鳳城酒家, 打算三點三, 結果走到門口才發現原來已經搬舖而新舖位置也遠, 就是走出大街再行前小小就到哇!! 冷清清的一條街, 但這個酒家竟然坐滿食客等了一會就有位, 急不及待的剔點心紙還點了最愛吃的蝦多士和焗西米露蝦多士多士乾脆鬆化大明蝦開邊覆蓋整塊多士, 每口都食到兩者蝦肉新鮮爽彈, 軟身蝦配脆多士, 兩種口感蟹籽燒賣皇熱辣辣出哂煙, 有很多蝦肉及爽口蟹粉, 豬肉又不會很肥, 好得懷舊魚翅灌湯餃這個非常特別, 從未見過灌湯餃放在蒸籠內而不是碗內為免痴底, 還有個特製的鐵隔夾在灌湯餃與蒸籠紙之間灌湯餃內的湯比較杰身, 加上瑤柱菇味蝦味香濃, 感覺像飲海皇羹灌湯餃皮厚薄適中又滑溜這個必須襯熱食, 因為湯會"擎"鳳城高湯炸粉果口感像咸水角, 較黏口, 外層炸得好薄內裏除了有蝦, 還有蔔蘿蓉, 紅蘿蔔絲加入帶有韮王味的高湯, 立即減去熱氣感, 味道上又即被高湯所影響鳳城蝦餃皇蝦餃皮很軟又晶瑩剔透, 啖啖蝦肉爽口彈牙不愧為皇, 確實大件又新鮮懷舊鳳凰煎糯米雞以往食的都是荷葉包着的糯米雞, 這是第一次吃煎的餡在中間, 像三文治一樣, 外皮沾上了蛋漿, 煎得又香又脆最後壓軸 - 蓮茸焗西米布甸光是外表已夠吸引, 輕微焦燶的香脆外層重椰汁蛋黃味, 西米都差不多溶晒, 而且甜度剛好食到大概四點, 食客都走很七七八八, 原來是四點落場下次要再早少少來, 繼續嘆杯茶食個包…Read More
