土瓜灣因著MTR需修路,很多地方都不好找,沒有地膽帶我搵食,唯有路在口邊周圍問人找這家路邊煱。聽說他們的海鮮不錯,能在小小舊區屹立不倒,應該也有點斤量吧!
今天約了遲到Queen吃飯,預了她例遲,一到步我立即點了一些邊等邊吃的小食。八味金磚豆腐、手拍青瓜,都是開胃的餐前頭盤,有香口的有醒胃的,輕鬆消磨了半小時!今天目的是吃海鮮,當然要點招牌花甲蟹煱!真的非常足料,大大隻蟹蓋,配上很多很多的花甲。花甲多得撈極都撈不完,吃到底時還有在鍋底,真的抵食。蟹湯很鮮甜,未打邊爐之前已經急不及待喝一大碗湯,很是鮮味!大家放工都很餓,點了不少飽肚火鍋配料。手打四寶丸、肥鵝腸、鳳城水餃。我覺得手打四寶丸造得不錯,大大粒爽口彈牙,不是行貨!朋友說肥鵝腸也很出名,值得一試。而這晚的主角,一定是壯觀的招牌肥牛拼盤。有齊牛頸脊、牛胸爽、牛脷托、和牛粒、肉眼邊、金錢𦟌。我個人最喜歡牛脷托,是牛舌之中最香濃最爽脆的部份,打邊爐吃一流!都說是慕海鮮名而來,也另點了基圍蝦廣島蠔。基圍蝦確實是價廉物美,隻隻新鮮都只不過是幾十蚊,大排檔的價錢火鍋店的享受,大受歡迎呢!

打邊爐係就係肥架啦,但又方便wor,中意食咩就煮咩,其實我都好中意架。不過淨打邊爐又悶左D,呢度食就有得食左個花甲蟹煱先,之後就用佢D湯黎打邊爐,真係一班fd食飯ge首選呀。呢度唔算好大,但都坐得舒服ge,都係黎搵朋友先知呢度有間咁好食ge野自選醬料,我係會咩都落曬架個煱未黎叫住小食先,個豆腐堅好味,外層仲有D八味粉,好香好有下酒菜feel主角到,大大個煱,除左有蟹,D配料都唔少隻蟹仲有好多膏添,正呀牛牛,我最愛ge牛牛,成盆有牛頸脊、牛胸爽、牛脷托、和牛粒、肉眼邊、金錢𦟌,個樣都靚過人ge牛ge花紋都好靚,食過好鮮味,牛味好香,不過我最意係個和牛粒,牛味最濃,而且就算煮耐左都唔會硬身,真係想食左幾舊呀四寶丸,全手打,好彈牙好新鮮基圍蝦夠大隻,而且好抵食呀,D肉好實好新鮮最後唔夠飽叫多左個水餃,都唔錯,唔似出面D雪藏貨,都抵食ge…Read More

約了班大學同學Dinner, 大家對食咩都冇咩意見。咁岩見到其他人POST 呢間路邊煱既相, 見到有蟹湯火煱提議左試呢間。去到大約7點,都幾多人下。好在住得近既大同力左位先!黎到呢度當然一定要叫最吸引我既花甲蟹煱啦!點知原來有我最憎既芫荽心諗呢餐唔洗食啦 , 點知個湯好香好濃, 完全食唔到D芫荽味!太感動了叫得呢個蟹煱當然要食佢入面個蟹啦, 個蟹煱上左一陣1分鐘都冇, D姐姐就同我地講"食得架啦!"個蟹真係好食到不得了, 好多蟹膏D蟹肉好鮮好嫩, 蟹膏又多又肥美, 正有咁大隻蟹係入邊, 個湯當然係好好味啦!而且好重胡椒味,好香濃!另外叫左D小食:金磚豆腐,手拍青瓜咁, 都整得好好味可以叫黎送,雖然我地冇.... 手打四寶丸,我冇食齊四種, 但食左既都好彈牙!鵝腸睇落都好似好肥美, 雖然我冇食到.....招牌肥牛拼盤, 呢個不得了! 有不同牛部位, 頸脊、胸爽、脷托、和牛粒.....D牛好好食,肉質軟腍,牛味好足,必食 ! 廣島蠔,新鮮好味!基圍蝦好抵$68only!佢放到咁我仲以為我地叫左個甜品蝦好大隻,新鮮!!水餃, 正常!又係大大隻既~依家又開始掛住個花甲蟹煱啦~真係好好好好味! 我並非火鍋粉絲,因為比較欣賞有廚藝的食品,但偶爾亦喜歡原汁原味品嚐新鮮食物,因此,清鮮的湯頭方合我心意,去年發現路邊煱的花甲蟹煲,真的有驚為天人之感,這個組合,甚得我心,就是路遙於土瓜灣,亦已光顧兩次。最近得知,在同區的美景街開了新店,亦已經半年,地點相比方便,到達後,覺得門面更寛敞光猛,有游水海鮮魚缸,推介之生猛海鮮款式似乎亦更多,來自不同地區,例如泰國基圍蝦及沙巴魚等。甫進店內,燈火光明,以圓桌為主,每張桌中央皆設置了火鍋,不愧為火鍋之家。火鍋調味料不及新派和集團式的花款多多,但最受歡迎的蔥丶生蒜丶炸蒜丶紅辣椒丶芫西及沙爹醬俱全,我喜歡原味,只隨意混混而已。餐牌力推生猛海鮮及新鮮鍋料,我們當然亦不鮮不吃,鄰近土瓜灣街市,應無難道。招牌花甲蟹鍋及川味辣雞皇煲皆吸引,最後因為食伴們未嚐過,而我又不介意重覆,只好重溫前者,但稍作更改。這夜,選了花甲鍋,不加蟹,以蚌取代。番茄粟米湯頭,未嚐已知清甜,先加進兩只韓國BB象拔蚌,混出鮮香,然後再下蟶子。兩者皆灼一會兒至彎曲即熟,肉質彈牙,本味鮮甜,沾了湯汁,多分酸香,異常醒胃。是日有新鮮紅鮪,加進湯頭更倍增鮮甜。見魚眼清澈,定必生劏,十多片肉件厚身,看似肥美。肉質比較腍,不及石班的彈牙,亦不及脆肉鯇有口感,但吃得過。蟹子墨魚滑繼而以小匙取出蟹子墨魚滑分段下鍋,吃得出是自家製,雪白起膠,打至完全均混無雜質,不知道有否預先調味或只因沾了湯汁,味道鮮美合味。經營火鍋店,丸餃自製是必然,否則太無誠意!有時候亦可從小處見特色。這裡的手打牛根丸有特色,粗剝而成,並非打至完全糜爛失口感,而且內心有少許爆汁,看圖中橫切面可見小孔,因此口感甚佳,更有頗濃牛肉之味,介乎近似有些羶之感。鳳城水餃比較平凡,但喜見餡料有豐富素菜,味道無出錯。無肉始終不成,點了一份手切本地肥牛拼牛頸脊,色澤紅潤的新鮮貨,脂肪紋理不乏,肉質嫩,有嚼勁,基本貨式。經過一番海鮮肉食滾煮,番茄湯頭更加鮮甜,淨喝滋味,我們意猶未盡,添了最近配搭的烏冬,胃納豐富滿足。想吃這兒的香煎炸物有水準,中途追加了椒鹽魷魚鬚及墨釀油炸鬼,炸功出色,酥脆惹味,鹽的鹹味拿得準繩不過份,口感濃郁但不膩,墨魚滑柔順,墨釀油炸鬼更是外脆內軟。材料新鮮,價錢服務環境衛生皆合理合格,只是對我來說遠了一點,碰到機會,還會再訪的。…Read More
