Being the flagship store of the chain, here the menus were crazily extensive, space was extremely huge, brightly designed with large seating capacity. They even have a homemade bakery corner that sells buns, cookies, and sweet treats like wifecake. Crispy fried chicken was wonderful, freshly deep fried and very properly crispy. Flesh were tender and juicy. I’ve never thought about getting this dish in a CCT that is so well-made, it’s a great way to fix your chicken desire without needing to have a Chinese banquet. Sweet & sour pork on ice was their signature. Such a fun fancy way to plate this CCT staple dish. The ice temperature made the glazed pork extra tantalising to eat. Baked goods: Pistachio desserts are trending and here they offer pistachio cheese tart and cookies. Both are nutty, rich and sweet.
