To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前菜其實都好大碟叉燒係夠熱嘅，大家最欣賞係碟冰鎮咕嚕肉，原本套餐唔係依款菜，俾我地改又唔洗加錢都幾好
，個咕嚕肉外面冰凍同脆，內面熱同軟，有少少肥肉，食到停唔到口
。至於蠬蝦都算大大隻，有啲肉食下，條魚都好大條
，同酒樓擺酒一枱12人果啲咁重，甜品個黑芝麻糊好香
，唔會太甜，仲有杏仁糊可以選，都ok ，感覺抵食
唯一有啲煩係要自助煲水，成餐飯由於人數唔少不停煲水都幾煩
