週末假日總是喜歡到訪一些少去的地方,酒店內的新貴;貴麗堂皇而不失優雅。落地玻璃的設計遠看鬧市,在鬧市中帶點不平凡! 餐牌的種類不算多,但有時候有種貴精不貴多的感覺;特別有一個點心-仙氣魚餃莫非吃過後會有仙氣呢? 金簿仙氣魚餃 $78 魚餃呈魚形狀相當吸晴,有少許金簿添上上湯猶如魚兒水中暢遊似的。魚餃味道清新又甜美加入上湯更加美味。 蟹子燒賣 $48 燒賣蒸出細膩,吃起來爽口又彈牙而且味道恰到好處,做得不錯。 尖鮮蝦餃 $48 蝦餃是點心不可缺少的一部分,蝦餃皮做到薄身而且晶瑩剔透,可隠約看到蝦餡鮮味十足。 魚籽香芋酥 $38 外層炸至香脆又鬆化,內𥚃的餡料亦相當多;頂層放有少許魚籽增添名貴。 蟹肉春卷 $48 春卷炸至金黃色,內含蟹肉新鮮又脆口;每一口都充斥著蟹肉;令人想來多一口吧! 生煎和牛包 $58 沒想到和牛包是利用鐡鍋奉上,底層更放有洋蔥、大蔥等。煎香過的和牛包,咬一口後和牛的醬汁滲出,而且肉質嫩滑美味。 XO醬煎腸粉 $38 呢個XO醬煎腸粉,真的令人唾延不絶。腸粉不會太油膩,滿滿的XO醬香非常惹味;沒有半點抗拒的理由。 流沙奶皇飽 $38 奶皇包一撕開熱辣辣,流沙漲卜卜流出奶皇味道;真的美味極了奶香十足;一個已經大滿足。 公館文房四寶 $68 公館下遇上文房四寶甜品的第一次,芝麻糊的墨汁;朱古力兼酥炸的毛筆,賣點已經極具吸引力,有得食有得玩不錯。 鮮果西米露 $38 滑溜的奶香與新鮮的蜜瓜,冰冷而且帶有爽口的西米露;甜度得宜而且味道不錯。 …Read More

文房四寶相信身為中國人應該冇咩人唔識,紙,筆,墨,硯由細聽到大。今日朋友竟然話帶我食文房四寶,真係打左個突。星期六既中午約左係灣仔帝盛酒店飲茶,以前成日搭車經過既香港麗都酒店原來已經改左名,裡面既餐廳都有新面孔。呢度中午有茶市,點心既款式都幾多同埋有d特色野食下。金簿仙氣魚餃 $78三條小魚十分趣綴,仲可以為三條魚加湯,注入仙氣。咁精緻既魚餃,單單賣相已經值回票價,望住佢真係會唔舍得食,感覺好似魚樂無窮。蟹子燒賣 $48大大粒燒賣啖啖肉,上面仲有粒粒蟹子。尖鮮蝦餃 $48蝦餃入面蝦肉大大隻又爽口,皮夠薄。蟹肉春卷 $48春卷皮有驚喜,十分香脆,入口餡料十足。XO醬煎腸粉 $38XO醬辣辣地,令到入味既腸粉變得惹味。整體的油唔算好多,而腸粉下面仲有大量芽菜伴碟。流沙奶皇飽 $38奶皇飽熱辣辣,中間仲係流沙狀態。公館文房四寶 $68打開menu已經比文房四寶四個字吸引,文房四寶竟然都可以食落肚,紙,筆,墨,硯全部都食得!文房四寶上枱既時候大量煙由盤中間冒出,令文房四寶更有氣勢。楊枝甘露冰淇淋 $48同平時糖水碗上唔同,用左一個幾靚既杯載住,感覺即時升級。楊枝甘露配雪糕口感唔錯,夠甜。今次飲茶的確有驚喜,仙氣魚餃同文房四寶都好有卓頭,睇又得,影又得,食又得。相信之後應該會有好多人嚟潮聖。…Read More

吃貨對吃的資訊總是特別敏感,親屬在facebook強烈推介一間新餐廳,吸引了我的注意,更送贈我優惠券,於是約埋為食朋友一起去一嚐究竟。座落於灣仔與銅鑼灣之間的帝盛酒店1樓。處於酒店,環境自然優勝,另外還有很多廂房包間,見客食飯相當不錯。座位寬敞舒適,光線明亮,格調不錯。圃公館是有30年歷史的著名米芝蓮中菜農圃飯店的新開副線,食物水準是毋庸置疑的,看似還加了新嘗試,例如火鍋和特色點心。這次決定先嚐嚐它的中菜。打開餐牌,發現海鮮佔的比例相當多,同時菜式不止粵菜,有不少川菜和聞所未聞的菜色,看到圖片都躍躍欲試。以下菜色不按上檯次序:首先值得推介的是這個公館文房四寶($88/位)非常獨特的甜品,上檯一刻仍飄於用乾冰製成的煙,甚有氣勢!用冰皮、朱古力條、芝麻餬和紫薯酥扮成是紙筆墨硯,很有創意。厚面皮的我馬上寫上我的小名…寫完一面,不夠,反過來再寫一個字…     (厚面皮吧?  哈哈)玩完一輪,終於捨得食。糯米做的冰皮配上芝麻餬相當美味煙韌,尤其芝麻餬新鮮磨制,口感幼滑。筆尖是脆卜卜的酥餅皮,像小煎堆的質感,特別好吃。以我所知,扮硯的偶然會用紅豆酥,紫薯酥味道淡,酥皮鬆脆,製法似足芋絲酥盒。農圃糯米雞翼($68/隻)農圃的名菜亦被引入到圃公館,雞翼拆骨之後,釀入生炒糯米飯,脹卜卜的,內有花菇、瑤柱等配料。雞皮香脆,重點是裡面的糯米飯絲毫不油膩,可以蘸鎮江醋吃,非常適合冬天吃。原來,這道菜起初的靈感正是糯米雞,因坊間的糯米雞是飯多肉少,於是想到反過來在雞翼釀入生炒糯米飯,然後把整隻雞翼炸至外皮香脆。金牌酸菜魚(時價)經理推介,同時係是日最欣賞的菜色。店員介紹是桂花魚,咬落的質感非常似石斑,幼滑鮮美又彈牙。巨型桂花魚起肉去骨,中間是咬咬肉一根刺都沒有,配上酸菜(大芥菜)、泡椒等香料,湯底酸酸辣辣的極為惹味,辣度又是後勁較強的那種。即是淨飲湯也會覺得非常好飲,而且底部有薯粉,配上魚肉和酸辣湯,一個大寫的「正」字!我忍不住吃了3碗。野菌A5和牛粒($538)在中菜館見到有A5和牛又是比較罕見,落了雞脾菇、葱和大葱去炒,表現上看起來不覺特別,不過一咬落去,肉汁在口腔飛濺的一刻,就見真章了!和牛的獨特而濃郁的肉香滲透向味蕾的每一吋,每次吃和牛都感受到大地氣息的鮮美,嗯,忍不住嚥下口水。芝士焗龍蝦(時價)朋友不吃刺身,所以叫了芝士焗龍蝦配伊麵底。上檯一刻甚具霸氣,龍蝦已斬件,由蝦殼剥離的狀態、顏色,看得出非常非常的新鮮,咬落肉汁極之豐富,彈牙到一個極點,這種新鮮程度,有冇芝士也可有可無了。圃公館的海鮮的確值得推薦,尤其這龍蝦的新鮮程度令人非常驚喜。暫時為止是我食過最好食的芝士焗龍蝦。飲品方面叫了杯FULLER’S Frontier(Draught)($48/Half Pint)頗易入口,具有花果香氣,是女生會喜歡喝的口味,配中菜也頗match。總括而言圃公館的菜色味道令人相當驚艷,果然是老字號出品,質素有保證,同時又有不少搶眼、具創意的新菜色。環境和服務也很好,同行的朋友食完也很滿意,已經plan緊下次再來吃了。下次我有興趣試試它的點心或者火鍋,聽說有藥饍元素,剛好適合我這個愛好養生的女子,呵呵。…Read More
