之前在紅磡啟岸巷子跟曾經重要的友人吃過一家很棒的串燒店,那次喝到見清酒杯底🍶,也談到秘密心底。轉眼數年事過境遷,人和店均已搬到更新更大的地方,只有串燒的美味依舊,和師傅的專業堅持🧑‍🍳 由6️⃣年前太子一條小巷至尖沙咀的中心,在graffiti的包圍下,水泥灰的門面還是讓餐廳帶點隱世小店的神秘感。門一打開卻是很明亮的木系吧枱,能夠全程欣賞師傅和徒弟不斷烤串燒,看他們又是灑鹽又是噴火槍🔥,可是享受表演的氛圍。難怪吧枱只有十多個位置,但平日晚上也有不少熟客。餐牌跟舊店相若,但牆上寫滿兩個黑板的新店才有的原條刺身和壽司等🍣,不只是串燒。店員推介的粒貝是原隻連螺殼上🐚,恕我們第一次吃粒貝,才知道它這麼鮮味,爽口得來帶點柔韌,非常適合喜歡吃赤貝刺身的我海膽鮮甜無腥味,放在炙燒過的和牛上出奇地匹配,裡面卷著漬蛋黃、青瓜🥒和赤飯,漿口和脆口交雜,十分有趣。串燒方面,🍗免治雞肉棒是必點的,喜歡它純肉比例高,味道主要來自掃上去的醬汁及蘸的月見醬油🥚。青葡萄豚肉卷的葡萄十分大顆飽滿,咬下去爆汁,甜度提昇了包裹在外面的豚肉的層次🥓 燒豆腐是一大驚喜,外脆內嫩不在話下,但裡面真的非常多汁!豆腐面塗上一層黑松露醬是精髓,上面灑上蔥花和鰹魚碎令味道更加豐富。最考功夫莫過於原條燒的沙甸魚🐟,沙甸魚魚肉柔軟,用鐵枝串著燒,要很小心才不會散掉或脫皮。皮脆肉嫩,擠上檸檬汁🍋和蘸酸汁吃就很鮮味吃到最後再有驚喜 這陣子的餐廳畫碟越見精美,想不到連日式居酒屋也加入熱潮🎌 我們得到大熱Usagi🐰 嗚~啦像真度超高,非常可愛❤️ 逢生日/慶祝就可以事先request畫碟服務,然後點甜品就可以了🍨 流量密碼開心果奶味重但仍有碎果仁粒粒,柚子雪芭酸度適中,用小熊造型的鬆脆威化像雪糕三文治般夾著吃很不錯🐻價錢較進取,適合特別日子來慶祝。若要點酒送串燒,建議再預多一點budget。…Read More
