又口痕想去居酒屋,去咗朋友介紹喺尖沙嘴諾士佛臺嘅 《五勺》,應該係因為星期日夜晚所以唔算好多人,餐廳氣氛都幾好,同埋見到好多清酒。首先係前菜三款 ($78),我地揀嘅三款分別係 昆布吞拿魚,山葵八爪魚同埋螢光魷魚沖漬。我覺得最好食嘅係山葵八爪魚,鹹度辣度都啱啱好,螢光魷魚都冇腥味。不過昆布吞拿魚係怪怪地,因為佢嘅吞拿魚好似係肉乾咁,如果係生吞拿魚嘅話會好好多。然後係炸雞皮餃子 ($58),超好食,真係做到外脆內軟,餡料都係好 juicy,成件事好滿足,我地之後仲再叫多咗一份 😂明太子玉子燒 ($48),呢個算正路嘅,冇咩太大驚喜。牛舌海鹽燒 ($72),呢個都幾好食,燒得好香,好啱送酒。然後係雜錦天婦羅 ($128),當日好想食天婦羅,好彩冇失望,全部天婦羅都炸得好好,蝦好大隻好新鮮,香菇同魚尾好好食。然後係店員推介果日特有,來自宮城縣嘅獨眼龍生蠔 ($204),生蠔好大隻好甜,一啲蠔腥味都冇。刺身我地果日決定食池魚 ($198),唔算多油香但係魚味好夠亦冇渣,點酸汁好易入口。店員話我地可以揀加錢炸魚骨或者煲湯,不過我地都食飽就冇加。串燒方面我地叫咗 青椒仔 ($28),免治雞肉棒 ($38),黑豚腩鹽燒 ($38),梅醬鹽燒鯖魚 ($38) 同埋汁燒鰻魚串 ($48),五款串燒都好食,其中我覺得黑豚腩同鰻魚串係最高質嘅,腩肉好香唔肥膩,鰻魚好有肉地好彈牙。好好食嘅櫻花蝦炒野菜 ($68),炒得好入味,唔會太生唔會太淋。最後想食返啲澱粉質完結呢個晚上,所以叫咗中華冷面 ($78),味道正常,個人覺得可以再加多啲調味會再特別啲。另外我地三個叫咗一份清酒 - 戲畫兔 特別純米 180 ML($140),清酒係店員介紹,佢地有問到我地鍾意飲咩類型咩口感嘅清酒,睇得出佢地對唔同種類嘅清酒都好熟悉,介紹俾我地嘅都好啱飲。我地仲有叫一份燒雞心 ($32),正正常常不過冇咩特別所以冇影相。總括嚟講呢間絕對係高質抵食,一定會再嚟。…Read More

我很喜歡日本,許多朋友說笑日本就是我的故鄉。自十多年前開始每年我必到日本旅遊數次,去見識不同的事與物,體驗當地傳統文化及享受不同地區的美食。想不到來到五勺,感覺像是回到日本的晚上。餐廳的佈置,裝潢及氣氛同日本的居酒屋沒大分別,只是週遭客人及侍應不是日本人而已。這間餐廳另一特別之處係有很多的冷藏酒櫃供客人自由選擇。無論你認識清酒與否,酒櫃外都清楚標示著每款酒的出產縣/地,甚麼的米,釀酒廠,酒精成分,精米部合,味道是甘或辛等。當然你也可選擇酒的分量及酒杯款式。我同朋友點了兩款不同地區及精米部合較低的純米大吟釀各一盒。這裡的一盒並不是用上傳統的木盒(Masu)裝酒,而是用一個有壺嘴的大杯再倒入小酒杯供享用。由於喝清酒的關係,我們點了多款的前菜,小吃及串燒佐酒。※ 山葵八爪魚 ~ 這前菜的分量足,山葵味濃。※ 炸櫻花蝦 ~ 櫻花蝦體型本身細小,炸後更加縮水了,像是吃一些脆蝦碎般。※ 汁燒鮑魚 ~ 可單點一隻。用汁燒了的鮑魚很香甜,把整隻由上到下切開四片放回殼中上碟,肉質嫩度剛好也唔乾。※ 鮑魚天婦羅 ~ 同樣可單點一隻。鮑魚被橫切成三片再以脆粉炸到金黃色放回殼上碟。脆漿不厚也不油膩,烹調時間剛好。※ 燒雞皮 及 雞腎 ~ 喜歡那雞皮燒得香及帶點脆,尤其是雞皮在竹籤上的轉彎位也帶脆而不會太稔。如燒得過火當咬下雞皮時食散開,口感一定不好。至於雞腎的味道可以,但不突出。※ 燒炸豆腐 及 秋葵 ~ 炸豆腐一客兩件配以薑蓉能帶出鮮味。 而秋葵加上醬汁燒到7-8成熟,未有完全變成滑訕訕的口感。※ 燒雞亦 ~ 一客三隻雞亦尺寸有大有細,皮香脆也夠咸味,肉質燒得剛好。※ 黑豚肉腸 ~ 沒有驚喜的小吃。一客分量為兩條,切成四小件後再加上芥末醬供調味。※ 黑豚肉蘆筍卷 ~ 卷著蘆筍的黑豚肉夠薄也燒得香脆,只是蘆筍不夠嫩。※ 自家製免治雞肉棒 ~ 雞肉棒帶點軟骨有咬口,欣賞伴在雞肉棒的生日本雞蛋,大大隻圓咕嚕好新鮮。當置身在這間極具日本風格的居酒屋時,又怎能不忘我地飲飲食食,齊齊興高采烈的談天談酒談雪地呢!(※此為個人食評,不涉及餐廳之邀請,試食活動或用餐優惠)…Read More
