Involtini 夾住意大利米芝蓮三星餐廳 8½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA前任大廚坐鎮既名氣,餐廳屯門呢間分店JEP by Involtini 一直都一位難求,要兩星期前預約先有機會坐低食到。多謝朋友成功搶到位幫我慶祝生日,我先有辦法食得😘😘。.餐廳選址都幾隔涉,喺屯門市中心再要轉輕鐵先至可以去到。餐廳其實面積唔大,主要係三張檯同埋幾組bar 檯位。所以變咗午市晚市都要訂位先至可以坐到枱。但係眼見有啲walk-in 可以有bar檯位置。.雖然係小店但係同高級西餐廳做法一樣,餐廳嘅服務員喺客人坐低之後,會好用心咁解釋成個餐單,唔單純只係菜式名,連烹調方法用料等等都解釋得好詳細,呢點係加分位。.兩個女仔食唔得太多嘢。叫左一個前菜、兩個主食同兩個飲品.炸芝士西蘭花苗 💲50⭐️3.5/5前菜份量唔多,兩個share一人幾條西蘭花。味道正正常常,轉眼清碟冇大意見。.傳統卡邦尼手造意大利麵 💲158⭐️3.8/5呢間餐廳嘅招牌菜之一。傳統做法嘅Carbonara ,即係唔用忌廉用蛋黃做醬再配上手造意大利麵。餐廳手造意大利麵口感幾特別,口感覺得有少少似食緊厚底中式伊麵,麵質有點淋身,配上蛋黃醬食還好。.西西里紅蝦手造意大利麵 💲330⭐️3.8/5呢個麵底同Carbonara 一樣但係轉左用西西里紅蝦蝦膏做醬汁,再配上兩隻西西里大蝦。合格但味道上唔算有好大驚喜。.餐飲:奶啡同紅酒 💲38 + 💲68.🔸總括:餐廳服務我覺得非常好,態度友善講解得好詳細。除咗地點比較隔涉,餐廳環境都唔差幾有情調。但整體食物份量偏小,兩個女仔食share都唔算好飽,味道合格但係未至於有驚喜。如果將交通嘅時間計埋入去我覺得試一次就好,或者晏晝有套餐性價比應該會拉返高好多。.不專業食評 nei.foodie…Read More

用餐時間:普通星期二 1500今日個menu其實係本身既dinner menu黎,不過禁晚市堂食就當係個early dinner 咁食。餐包賣相幾好,尤其係個牛油,不過我覺得食落味道有少少失望,我唔係好肯定佢係咩醬黎,不過食落麻麻地夾。凍檸水做得相當唔錯,賣相幾好,溫度都夠凍,而且甜度可以自己控制,鍾意落幾多糖漿都可以。其實我個人覺得凍檸水要做得好真係唔難,奈何好多餐廳真係連咁基本既凍檸水都經常令人失望,所以呢度做得咁好都值得一讚。我人生食過最好既飯之一。賣相好靚,有日式溝意式既感覺。飯食落好creamy,一啲都唔乾身,配埋蟹籽更加爽口,口感好豐富。蟹膏雖然唔明顯,但都食得出有嗰陣味。整體黎講我都搵唔到有咩可以改善既地方,真係好好食。造型好可愛,捲埋一條。一開始熱食係幾好,不過放多左一陣之後啲cheese開始凝固翻,啲麵就痴埋曬一舊好難分開。cheese味好重,同平時食開既重忌廉味卡邦尼口味差好遠。其實趁熱食嗰陣係幾好,不過如果放耐左真係會越黎越差,所以呢個麵真係要趁熱食先得。每個主菜可以用優惠價 $35追加一份甜品。提拉米蘇做得好出色,好creamy好好食。隔離既手指餅就比較特別,可以點齋啡食。不過我唔飲咖啡,所以就直接食算,不過就咁食都好好食,本身面頭既白糖已經令到餅乾夠曬甜,所以可以做到唔點任何野都好食。最後埋單連加一$529,兩個人平均每人$265。dinner黎講其實真係唔算貴,而且睇埋食物質素咁高黎講,真係無浪費到我時間特登係九龍區搭咁耐車入屯門食。今日試完之後,終於領悟到點解呢間餐廳要book三個月先有得食,呢度性價比真係幾高!不過餐廳環境比較窄,臺放得好逼先勉強擺得曬全部野。如果呢方面都可以改善到相信可以令餐廳提升多一個層次。服務質素都幾好既,店員每次上菜都會詳細介紹翻每道菜既由來同埋食法。…Read More
