轉眼幾年,時光飛逝,光陰似箭,日月如梭,有緣再臨伍仔記。因為甚少係大埔墟活動,所以今次全家總動員專程走到新街市係非常罕見及難得,預祝母親節晚飯。早前嘗試打電話訂枱,但接電話位男仕稱四位七點咁早唔洗留檯架,上黎即有。真的嗎?果然黎到即有位,本來興致勃勃想食海鮮,但只有大路普通花蛤、蟶子、東風螺、海蝦、海魚,無蟹無帶子。伍仔記冷盤,保持高質,𣎴過阿媽細妹始終完全食唔到苦瓜呢!我以前都一樣,但幾年前試過伍仔記冰涼甘甜爽脆多汁冰鎮苦瓜後,開始食苦瓜了,還漸漸愛上。生腸頭脆卜卜、鱔片彈牙結實、齋鮑片腍而嚥韌,三者配上青芥辣豉油都非常合襯,清涼清香清爽。蠔仔腐皮卷,有創意及其他食肆都未見過,梗係要試試。賣相排得整齊有序,四四方方,顏色陰沉無什麼配菜作點聚,平實單調乏味,都幾悶下。簡單地伴碟加點青瓜片或蕃茄片,顏色奪目而且味道清爽多汁可去油膩感。斜切腐皮卷企起身放,視覺上已吸引好多啦。炸得乾爽鬆脆,聽得到索一聲咬開,非常動聽悅耳!餡料塞得滿滿唔手軟,但肉多蠔少使到蠔味不太突出。蠔仔太瘦,肥美不足所以蠔汁欠棒,味道十分微弱。肉味及腐皮味成功地喧賓奪主,將鮮蠔味蓋得厚厚。要浸上喼汁提提味,酸酸甜甜香口腐皮卷好食,但唔講唔知有蠔囉。豉椒炒花蛤,完全無鑊氣既?靜蠅蠅送到,微暖半點煙也沒有!花蛤發育不良不飽滿,外形瘦猛猛。灼熟之後兜個豉椒汁就出貨,水份及蛋白質均已流失亦無海水咸香。蛤肉淡茂茂,豉椒汁偏甜而豆豉味濃厚而濁。恰巧附近幾檯都係叫花蛤,一齊炒的嗎?花蛤肉甩掉會分贓唔勻喎。清蒸多寶魚,我印象中以為係成千蚊條既貴價魚,原來只不過一百蚊有找啫。想要涼瓜炆,夠香啦麻,但阿媽同細妹食唔到,轉清蒸囉,無所謂。好大條喎,成斤重都有呢,一斤左右大細既魚好嫩滑好味。其實我對比目魚類不太喜歡,即鰨沙魚類,但又唔抗拒既。因為佢地雖然啖啖肉無細骨,嫩滑幼細肥美,但魚味偏淡,鮮味微弱呢,依條都不例外,不過爸媽妹都很愛。沾上蒸魚豉油,我都覺滿意好味的。啫啫雞煲,見到 menu 推介,即時燃起我既食慾,我要食佢呀!上檯喇,份量咁少既?迷你煲黎喎,而且有股𤓓味湧出,啫啫燶了!師傅太唔小心喇,我都知好忙。雞肉過熟以至乾鞋,欠嫩滑欠肥美,醃味濃而重,味道其實不過不失,但添加左燶味呢。豬潤乾硬鞋烚烚,冬菇滑彈清香最好味。金銀蛋莧菜,平時我係唔會 order,但細妹想食。基本咸蛋雞湯味道,莧菜烚得軟腍,平平無奇無感覺,正常質數。豉油皇吊桶,好采點中味超好食啫!新鮮度無與倫比,肉質滑彈帶爽,純天然海產鮮魷味道濃厚,美味可口!lucky 吊桶中還藏著大量魷魚春添,脹卜卜肥嘟嘟!要整隻啪先能滿足我既獸性,蛋味甘香加上鮮嫩吊桶肉,而且散發著豉油香,震撼味蕾!失望地豉油少許偏甜,欠缺惹味,加點薑蔥爆爆去,添點清香及鑊氣就更正!炸 BB 鴿,整個晚餐似乎無咩肉落肚呢,叫隻乳鴿同細妹 share,爸媽話已食飽了。賣相都滿意,骨頭還未 BB 到可以食落肚。剛炸起熱騰騰香噴噴,雖然好咸,不過皮脆肉嫩。依餐真係勁抵食,好耐未試過同全家人食晚飯 $600 蚊有找呢。…Read More

hugodang 你说的不错,多宝鱼在欧洲是属于高价魚类。而现在因为有养殖的关机。就比较便宜一点。但野生多宝鱼。还是一样贵。照图片来看。这条鱼是野生的。

第一次幫襯係 2010 年,朋友大力推介,又見食評唔錯,讚多過彈。但試完後,發現呼聲高、雷聲大雨點小,非常失望。又可能因為叫唔啱招牌菜啦,可以比多次機會,遲啲試多一次啦 ~ 後來發現原來老闆係中學同學石同學喎 ﹗估唔到 ﹗咁當然要再去試真啲啦 ﹗實話實說,第二次都算滿意既 ~今晚相約幾位舊同學一齊黎踩場,順道跟多年無見既石同學問好 ﹗伍仔記冷盤,有齋鮑魚、鱔片、生腸同苦瓜,冷盤夠凍,GOOD ﹗起初見到青色一片片唔知咩黎,咁就試試啦,食落都一樣唔知黎架,味道甘甜,爽口鮮味,朋友仔請係苦瓜黎架 ﹗完全無苦味,其實我係由細到大都唔食苦瓜架 ﹗但依度真係處理得好好食喎。生腸好爽口又嫩渦,齌鮑配豉油青芥辣,辣中帶甜又帶咸,好醒胃。唯一比較差既係白鱔片,味淡而且太腍喇。日本芥辣炸墨魚丸配蛋黃沙律醬,見到墨魚丸顏色好似青青地,但我完全食唔到 washibi 味啊,失望呢。外層夠香脆,墨魚丸不彈牙,鮮味亦不足,普通唔難食,但無吸引之處,sorry。口水雞,我最鐘意就係食雞架喇 ﹗我上 openrice 睇過伍仔記口水雞個汁同雞係分開架喎,而且無炸蒜蓉鋪面添,係咪改左烹調方法呢?一黎大啖咬落隻髀度先,有麻辣味道,花椒味幾濃,唔係傳統多油多辣椒既紅色,好乾身。肉質還可以啦,味道不太出眾,一般啦。砂鍋枝竹火腩炆油鎚,因為見依味送係 openrice 好評如潮,所以専登叫黎試試,平想我係唔識亦唔會叫油鎚食囉 ﹗香氣撲鼻,但唔夠熱喎,無煙既?炸過既油鎚加埋燒肉好香,皮香肉嫩又啖啖肉 ﹗樣樣都好,如果溫度再熱啲又少啲油就更好 ﹗…Read More
