以前返學嗰時間中都會經過見到呢間小店,都會見到店舖嗰個充滿蒸氣嘅爐,印象中只食過一次燒賣,覺得燒賣普通所以無特登行去呢度再食,因為佢個位置非常唔起眼,喺灣仔銅鑼灣中間嘅馬師道,但如果係住灣仔銅鑼灣、或者喺附近返工嘅人,應該會知道依間小食店。呢間強記美食係一間歷史悠久嘅小食店,由1950年開業至今,以前係鵝頸橋做車仔檔賣牛雜牛雜粥做到呢家呢個鋪位,到呢家已經有71年歴史,再加上佢係2016至2019年米芝蓮推介嘅小食,所以係一間人氣嘅港式小食店。小店主打糯米飯,而且一年四季都有,以前車仔檔係未有糯米飯,直至1970年益新飯店既大廚教店主既老豆煮糯米飯,除咗糯米飯仲有其他小食同甜品,甜品都係1970年先開始有,因為店主爸爸識左澳門過黎既女士,女士教佢爸爸賣喳咋。之後店鋪就淨係專心整呢幾樣野食,貴精不貴多,店主每日六點起身,用三個鐘煲糖水同糯米飯,只賣幾樣野食已經深得街坊歡心,即使每日收鋪已經12點,每日只係訓3-4個鐘,店主都係覺得值得,因為食客係有要求而黎,個個係為食有水準既野食而慕名而黎,遠至元朗流浮山、澳門、甚至新加坡、印尼、馬來西亞都有,為既係保持水準,見到食客食到個碗乾乾淨淨。從外表上睇依間小食店只做外賣,因為經過只會見到車仔係個鋪前,會特登保留車仔係因為佢地係車仔出身,但見到側邊嘅入口就可以睇到入邊有四至五張圓枱,可以比食客堂食。-1️⃣ 什錦臘味糯米飯💰39(👅: 9/10)加臘腸💰10糯米飯係店舖其中一個招牌,老細整糯米飯既方法都係深得爸爸真傳,但自己係浸米、選米方面有自己方法,新米同舊米會有唔同浸法,熱天浸既水暖D,浸出黎既米會腍D,反而冬天用凍水,浸出黎既米會硬D。選米方面糯米飯都係用泰國米,一年四季都賣糯米飯,但冬天會比夏天賣多D。上枱發覺只係一個碗仔大細既糯米飯,但食落唔係大食既人其實都會飽飽地,因為糯米飯比起一般飯更易飽腹。糯米飯入邊嘅臘味份量算多,有蝦米、臘腸、臘肉、潤腸、冬菇。上枱已經見到出晒煙,因為佢係充滿蒸氣嘅爐入面出來,街頭小食最緊要熱辣辣,糯米飯聞落好香,食落每粒飯都係粒粒分明,飯唔會話太油膩,亦都唔會太腍,佢依種糯米飯嘅口感係我食過覺得最好食,軟韌程度適中。至於佢嘅豉油都唔會太咸,又唔會太甜,調味係平衡得非常之好,臘味臘肉本身嘅油已經滲到去糯米飯入邊,所以食落特別入味特別好食。除咗飯係用泰國米之外,其他用料好講究,臘味都係用本港既臘腸,無論臘腸、蝦米、冬菇都係要用一級,店主強調無好既材料煮唔到靚既野食,臘味同冬菇都係非常入味,臘腸香氣夠口感Q彈,而潤腸有小小酒味,每食一啖都係滿足感,尤其係凍冰冰嘅冬天嚟食更加之滿足。話佢係香港最好食既糯米飯都唔誇張,因為實在諗唔到第二間可以令我印象深刻,想食嗰時就即刻諗起嘅糯米飯。-2️⃣ 香煎蝦米腸粉💰22(👅: 8.5/10)煎腸粉雖然唔係推介,因為無叫豬骨粥所以就叫左個鍾意食既小食。腸粉食落外脆內軟,外表煎到好有油香,有小小焦,食落非常之香口但唔會過於油膩,鑊氣十足,腸粉入面有葱同蝦米,軟綿脆口,再加上甜醬、辣醬、芝麻,已經係發揮得好好既混醬煎腸粉。-3️⃣ 馬來甜品喳咋💰28(👅: 8.5/10)喳咋都係店鋪既招牌,傳統既喳咋已經賣小見小,呢度幾十年都係用同一個方法去煲,每次煲個幾鐘,食一羹就知道係撚手小菜。喳咋煲到起沙,呢樣好多鋪頭都做唔到,入面有芋頭,食落係超級腍超級粉,入口即融,好似食緊雪糕咁。糖水飲落香甜,啖啖都係豆味,因為紅豆已煮到熟爛,而且加左椰絲,味道爽口且多層次,但唔會覺得過甜。質地係濃稠,啖啖都係豐富既材料,唔係交功課淨係得水。-4️⃣ 魚蛋豬皮蘿蔔燒賣💰40(👅: 7/10)因為叫三樣野兩個人食怕唔夠飽,所以叫左呢個小食,本身唔係呢度招牌。全部其實係可以分開叫,魚蛋、豬皮、蘿蔔、燒賣每樣十蚊。呢4款小食都係用咖哩汁,有小小南乳香,食落係入味,特別係蘿蔔同豬皮,魚蛋燒賣就相對無咁入味,豬皮夠軟身,蘿蔔清甜食落無根,但本身味道同口感都係相對其他小食係比較遜色。-🌟招牌仲有花生旺菜豬骨粥,但我同朋友都冇特別鍾意食豬骨粥所以無叫到。食物黎講係水準之上,因為我住港島,所以應該係附近都會間中黎食下,尤其係冬天,因為佢店內算係半室外,所以夏天食會唔會好熱就未知。至於份量方面,如果係小食既人,其實一碗糯米飯應該都夠飽,大食既人可能要糯米飯加腸粉或者喳咋,食完覺得糯米飯、腸粉、喳咋都係比較推介。但腸粉好多地方都出色,所以如果唔係住附近既人,如果你好鍾意食糯米飯或者喳咋,可以黎試一下呢間71年既味道,等呢個香港歷史味道可以留落黎。-👅味道: 9/10🍴環境: 6/10💰消費: 139/2人 (服務費: NA)…Read More

由於轉換了工作崗位,上班的日子的確較前忙碌,連放假的次數都比以前減少了,唉,真可憐,已有個多月沒來灣仔覓食了。記得以前還在灣仔居住時,和老公兩口子總愛定時定候去駱克道的「強記美食」吃番碗糯米飯、蝦米腸、喳咋等,想起都已令人垂涎,好,就趁這天來灣仔上課,一於放學後來重温這些街坊美食。黃昏時份的「強記」,門外人頭湧湧,真是一位難求,幸虧剛巧有食客結賑,那就坐下來吃吧。筆者向來食力不足,肚子放了糯米飯,還那來空間撐下那香滑的蝦米腸和甜美的喳咋呢? 先點了香煎蝦米腸粉 ($14) 及喳咋,腸粉拿上來時已撒上了芝麻、豉油和麻醬,至於甜醬、辣椒醬,則交由貴客自理。煎過的腸粉入口帶點脆底,蔥香味十足,而且灑上白芝麻後,增添了不少香氣,配合淋上的醬料,白滑的外貌及酥脆微焦的口感,味道真的恰到好處,連平日食量不高的我,也決定 encore 再來多一碟。甜品方面,選了小碗的喳咋 ($9),據說喳咋是葡萄牙語的音譯,代表雜糧的意思。喳咋是馬來西亞的一種特色甜品,材料非常豐富,而「強記」的出品,用料也放得慷慨,紅豆、綠豆、雞心豆、眉豆、紅腰豆、芋頭、西米、木薯等,應有盡有。吃了一口,甜度適中,而且由於食材衆多,形成多重口感,加上稀稠度控制得宜,本來食味不俗,只是稍嫌椰香味不太足。至於此行的目標物,什錦臘味糯米飯 ($25),當然是外帶回家與老公分甘同味喇。這裡的糯米飯,其實餸料也不算少,臘腸、潤腸、蔥花、蝦米、冬菇等,絕不欺場,貨真價實。糯米飯入口毫不油膩,香而不黏口,而且臘味比例適中,口感既煙韌又柔軟,加上飯炒得粒粒分明,雖然外賣回家導致食味稍遜,但吃來仍有股暖在心頭的感覺,著實叫人回味。由於店子會不定時休息,所以來這裡吃這些街坊美食,有時倒要碰點運氣,但漫長的冬天,相信總會讓你遇上的。…Read More

灣仔有二強,強記飯店和強記美食,兩間都是我喜歡的店。還記得初來灣仔,跟同事一星期差不多五天都去強記飯店吃燒味,如果那時已經出了近日「港人吃燒味」的報導,我想我們不會如此瘋狂。我是早吃飯一族,上一次來強記美食,大約12時左右,什錦臘味糯米飯還未有,有點失望,只吃了個腸粉就走。其實因為股票市場的改動,現在多了辦公室12時吃中午飯,如果強記可以早一點準備應會更多生意。這一天路過這裡,看到什錦臘味糯米飯已準備好,決定坐下還一個心願。強記的餐牌很簡單,可用四個字形容 - 一目了然。今天來到點了什錦臘味糯米飯,和香煎蝦米腸粉,來了後馬上付款。可能我太久沒吃,已經忘了以前是否這樣,還是因為最近「走數」問題嚴重所致?這裡的腸粉是煎香過的,賣貴一點自必有因;但名字叫香煎蝦米腸粉,未知是不是來貨的問題,現在好像都沒蝦米了。吃腸粉,最喜歡混醬,芝麻、麻醬、甜醬,再配煎香了的腸粉,很難會不好吃。這裡的什錦臘味糯米飯是不是生炒不重要,因為我沒即場看到在炒,重點是要好吃。糯米飯上了點色,香口又煙韌;臘味份量很多,臘腸、臘肉、潤腸、蝦米、冬菇,臘味富油份,也不會硬得牙軟,非常惹味,喜歡臘味糯米飯的朋友必定要試。不過臘味飯難消化,我就曾經試過吃過後下午都在胃痛。所以這間強記,我是不可能當作燒味一樣成為飯堂了。後記:可能強記的東西好吃,也可能和近後巷有關,強記真的有小強。向這裡的小二報告,小二以熟練的、迅雷不及掩耳的動作馬上幹掉小強,肝腦塗地,實在厲害,果然強中自有強中手。…Read More
