💛悄悄食堂💛🔸田樂味噌燒日本茄子豆腐丼（蛋奶素）$108豆腐用昆布湯熬製，豆腐滑嫩，食到淡淡嘅昆布味，有俾佢意外到。茄子面層用咗焦糖燒面，食落會甜，但配埋飯就剛剛好。冇諗住呢個set會驚喜到我，成個set好fresh，再加上其他餐同蛋糕都比較濟，所以對比之下，食呢個就更加平衡同舒服。🔸 京蔥CALVADOS豚肉丼配醬油漬蛋黃 $138豚肉有酒香味，有驚喜。但撈埋哂所有野，個酒味就沖淡咗，整體變得冇特別，同平時食嘅豚肉丼差不多。🔸 IPA 啤酒炸漿炸雞配配蜂蜜WASABI醬 $88啤酒雞喺呢間鋪嘅特色，必叫😂 但今次啤酒味冇上次夜晚食咁出，咁濃。（可能因為喺晏就？店主覺得晏就唔好醉住🤣）但炸雞仍然好juicy，好嫩，配埋個醬一流，缺一不可。🔸Moono - 玄米茶香提純素卷蛋蛋糕 $50店舖主打純素。因為蛋糕喺純素嘅原因，完全冇用到牛奶同蛋，所以Cream同蛋糕會比一般蛋糕硬身，亦都會冇咁滑同濕潤。但佢嘅味道喺非常非常濃郩，可以蓋過蛋糕帶嚟嘅不足。玄米茶味好香濃，一食就食口都係玄米茶味，仲要好耐都唔散，完全可以滿足身為茶控嘅小編。波子青提就增加口感，令蛋糕更加清新，亦增加蛋糕嘅甜度。但整體蛋糕甜度適中。🔸JAC._OFFICIAL - 覆盆子開心果撻 $60呢個就真喺比較失望。開心果味唔夠濃，Cream亦唔夠滑。蛋糕比較易散，咬落去就會碎哂，質感好似傳統牛油蛋糕個種質地。曲奇皮夠脆，不過牛油味唔重。🤔…Read More
