問月酒店內有家精緻的私房餐廳,佈置有品味,仿如從前富貴人家的大宅,兩個人無需花時間思考,點吃嘗味菜單,可以多吃幾款!每位$688,前菜三款、五道菜加一款甜品,菜色多元很豐富。竹炭鹽腰果我覺得這個腰果非常好食,鹽香出眾,我甚至覺得有多少黑松露香。椒鹽糖心鮑魚.鴛鴦海蜇絲(Crispy Abalone with Salt & Pepper, Jelly Fish in Szechuan TPepper Sauce e French Scallion Sauce)最欣賞鴛鴦海蜇絲,尤其是法蔥造出綠色醬汁,口感清新討好,與爽口的海蜇是很合拍。另一口味是麻辣,香港人口味的中辣,都唔錯。鮑魚也可以。金腿蟹肉燴冬蓉羹Winter Melon Soup with Crabmeat & yunnan Ham湯清味醇厚,蟹肉的鮮、金腿的鹹香與軟綿綿的冬蓉混合,每一口都是滋味,這個湯羹我很鍾意。廿年陳皮拔絲虎蝦球Sweet Sour Tiger Prawns with 20 years aged Dried Tangerine Peel整體做得唔錯,拔絲黏調起絲,濃甜帶少許酸,除了有整粒蝦球之外,有荔枝肉及炸漿脆脆。不過個人口味而言,我就覺得過甜了,而且覺得濃郁的咕嚕汁奪了蝦的鮮味,還是咕嚕肉比較夾。文火和牛Slow cooked wagyu with homemade sauce慢煮和牛點可能會唔好食,炆到完全軟透,配合秘製牛肉汁,仲有炸腸粉,豐富飽肚。乾燒椰菜花龍躉Braised Giant Grouper Fillet, Cauliflower, Pepper Oil椰菜與龍躉皆煎得很香口惹味,龍躉肉厚嫩滑,好吃!蝦子花膠濃雞湯拌菜苗手工拉麵Chinese Noodle in Chicken Broth with fish Maw, Dried Shrimp,Vegetable這一道手工拉麵我也很喜歡,簡單就是美,湯頭濃郁,拉麵有彈性。陳皮蓮子紅豆沙粒粒幼沙,充滿陳皮香,同伴是紅豆沙專家,告知做法隔了沙,這是大戶人家的喜歡的吃法。#大宅 #銅鑼灣 #粵菜…Read More
