年近歲晚,與家人到了太古城逛逛辦點年貨,順便在「王家沙.花樣年華 」用午膳。飯店內裝潢古色古香,環境雅致舒適。最近氣溫驟降,冬日暖鍋仔飯系列,自然是最吸引的冬日必食之選,梅菜黑豚肉扣肉鍋仔飯,除了鍋仔飯,我們還加一個小菜:上海話梅骨。梅菜黑豚肉扣肉鍋仔飯,打開瓦煲蓋香氣立刻撲鼻而來,切得不薄不厚半肥瘦的黑豚肉扣肉,剛好一口一件,扣肉肥的部份香滑,入口即溶,扣肉瘦的部份甘香入味。濕潤的扣肉炆汁,包裹著粒粒爽口飯香與蛋香,味道剛好而不鹹,伴有甘甜梅菜與稔甜菜心吃,暖鍋暖胃又窩心。上海話梅骨,甜甜酸酸味道極開胃,嘗到肉鮮皆因甜酸話梅汁味道掛得剛好。飯後甜品:奶黃小麻球外皮香脆,黃澄澄的奶黃饀清香甜潤,我們很小心慢慢嘗,因為很熨啊!薑茶湯圓,很暖胃驅寒的香薑甜湯,綿糯的湯圓,幼滑的麻蓉,感到心滿意足。…Read More
