To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每次去完旅行玩完嘆完洗完回港都要發神經,前世欠你咩!野蠻愚昧,想食餐安樂茶飯都這麼困難!門口行李嬸嬸好相與,感覺溫暖舒服。山東手抓餅,熱熱的撕開,麵粉香噴噴,先脆後嚥韌。如果有東坡肉夾下,如果有咖哩牛腩夾下,更高興愉快。上海小籠包,沒有蒸過火,有點安慰。暖暖未算燙嘴,掉在醋上降降溫再一野塞入口!嘴內爆開,所有精華湯汁一滴不漏盡吞肚裡,嚥韌的豬肉搭彈性包皮,蠻不錯。鎮江排骨,甜醋不香,陰沉的味道,油油單調不吸引,鬆化肉質有點霉有點鞋。乾煸四季豆,好送飯的傳統佳餚,爽爽四秀豆,炸過微縮更香口,肉鬆蒜蓉醬油濃郁,濕濕惹味欠點鑊氣。口水雞撈麵,何解要剪斷我的長壽麵,我要長啜長有一氣呵成。麵爽夠硬夠堅廷,不過味道完全唔夾,而且散發苦澀味,麻味強勁帶中辣,食到滿口花椒粒。雞髀肉肥美,雞胸腍劈劈,沒什麼雞味。上海炒粗麵,靜靜的端上,沒有隆重登場的感覺。菜肉跟粗麵份量相約,我主要食麵的呢。啖啖爽甜椰菜,濃濃醬油豬肉絲夾雜冬菇絲,短短嚼勁粗麵,油油品嚐中規中矩。…Read More

是日去機場送我好友波哥到英國進修,check in後尚有少許時間,波哥提議去不用久等的食肆食晚飯,抬頭一看,見到這間機場翡翠,波哥問我意見,我當然舉腳讚成,因為我想做boss請客, 心諗四個人在這裏進食,應該一千元有找,唔會太破費,我又可節省很多了。因時間有限,進店後隨即下單。花雕醉雞肉質尚算嫩滑,酒味亦濃。小籠包包皮畧嫌厚硬,但包內湯汁則泡制得宜,咬落亦彈牙可口。鍋貼熱度不足,煎制火喉未夠,底部未能達致畧燶效果。擔擔麵絕對是失敗之作,湯碗大而無當,麵量極少,除微量麻辣之感覺外,基本上完全感覺不到擔擔麵應有的食材存在,稱為麻辣齋麵則可,稱為擔擔麵則完全談不上。乾撈拉麵麵質尚可,味道調校祗屬一般。魚羹賣相未夠色澤悦目,魚肉尚算鮮嫩,但潤滑度不足,調味一般。糖醋魚柳賣相尚可,魚質及調味亦中規中矩,如加配青紅椒則會更悦目可口。浸莧菜材料舖排未夠用心,影響賣相。鹹蛋及皮蛋咬口尚可,但稍為過火,致令軟滑度不足。湯圓內的黑芝麻餡料流沙度不足,甜度則算控制得宜,湯圓上的花生糖粉佈排亦算平均。豆漿熱度尚足,但鮮度感覺不濃,甜度則算合意。檸檬薏米水薏米烹調時間不足,稍嫌過硬,配合一片檸檬,提高了可口度。總括而言,該店出品祗屬平庸,若與其集團市區其他分店相比,有明顯距離,水平有待提高。…Read More

臨飛前,平時都會選擇去食麥當勞就算,不過今次全家一齊去,還是不要吃得太頹。不知是否機場的分店才有早餐,早餐吃小籠包都是第一次。*鮮肉鍋貼($42)每一隻都肥大又飽滿,鍋貼個底煎得好脆,第一啖咬落去,即刻有肉汁爆出。鮮肉份量比想像中大,皮又不會太厚,正!*炸醬拉麵($58)中式的炸醬,是辣醬再拌上肉碎和豆腐乾。醬汁不會太稠,濃度適中,不會太咸,有少少辣。*菜肉雲吞湯拉麵($62)有五粒菜肉雲吞,大大粒,不過略嫌皮有點厚;麵條煮得剛好,不會太軟太硬;湯底又不太濃。*上海小籠包(四隻)($38)四隻小籠包,四隻夾起都爆,個底痴住張蒸點心紙。味道上其實真的不錯,皮薄,肉餡多,就是因為爆了,所有湯汁都漏出來。埋單時店員說如果下次再有此情況,可以要求更換一籠,因為他們有品質監控。*茗茶($8/位)雖然係機場分店食,但價錢似乎和市區的分店差不多。…Read More

友人快將要到外國一段時間,到外國吃中菜的機會便少之有少,就算當地有中菜館,相信食物的價格一定會比香港高很多。因此,在離港前的一頓飯,我們便選了這間上海店,讓友人可以懷愐一下。到達的時候可能時間尚未到正式的晚飯時間,所以等位時間不是太長,我們便被安排入座了。整間餐廳是全開放式,保存機場本身極高樓底的空間感,加上餐廳有不少紅色的梳發,令到整個感覺比較放鬆。雖然餐廳的走廊通道不算寬敞,不過近門口的位置可以讓客人放下沉重的行李,也是一個貼心的考慮。由於這間分店沒有套餐供應,而且主角的食量不大,所以我們只好散叫。首先來一碟雞絲粉皮($42),芝麻醬的份量足夠,雞絲也是疊得高高的,不過伴均的時候就比較難。首先是雞絲,切得夠幼細而均一,不過雪藏味比較重,幸好芝麻醬能把這些味蓋過。粉皮做得不夠薄,而且入口不夠滑身,唯有待改進。另外一道前菜是健怡醉雞($78),酒味不太重,雞肉尚算滑嫩,一人一件很快便能清碟了。前菜過後,上海炒年糕($55)便送到了。年糕的份量很多,不過被炒過之後年糕表面有油光,令眾人卻步。不過食物只要好吃,多出來的卡路里還是以運動去消除吧。年糕炒得夠香,加入生抽令顏色更吸引,而且調味足夠。伴隨年糕一起炒的菜雖然只有數條,不過除了菜之外還有一些肉碎,口感增添不少。瑤柱賽螃蟹($60)的用料絕對沒有將價就貨,瑤柱的份量不是很多,但是以這個價錢來說確實屬於超值。至於味道方面,蛋白炒得很嫩滑,醮上酸醋更能把鮮味提升,而且又能感低整道菜的油膩感,一舉兩得。另外,蛋白吃起來不會散沙般落到碗中,顯出師傅的功架不錯。接著便是是晚的主角上海小籠包($28)出場了。先以筷子夾起小籠包,包皮沒有穿洞,而且看到裡面的汁在翻滾,合格。咬開可以看到入面的湯汁豐盈,而且肉餡夠鮮,很快便可以完成一隻了。再來的是山東手抓餅($22),它的外型有點像印度的薄餅。入口比印度薄餅少了一份油膩感,而且入口帶點脆身,是一個不錯的小食。最後一道小食便是煎鮮肉鍋貼($26),由於是即叫即煎,所以當大家起初放進口的時候都紛紛卻步。鍋貼一客四件,一分為二之後便可以見到肉汁夠多。不過由於是煎的關係,表面的油份較多,如果可以做一些吸油的功夫便更好了。一一的食物到齊之後,大家都決定再來一客甜品為晚餐作一個完結。我們很快便決定了香蕉高力豆沙($28),由於製作需時,所以我們也有一段時間可以討論一番。高力豆沙送上時已鋪滿了一層薄薄的糖,賣相吸引,而且內裡加添了一片香蕉,加上軟軟的外層,很快便能清碟了。…Read More

十二月五日 (星期日)回來了這個五日的台北美食之旅收穫甚豐老公仔特別喜歡吃老天祿的雞脾和苦瓜大王的苦瓜汁回到香港仍然對台北的美食念念不忘落機拿取行李時遇見Eason!之後,就到了翡翠拉麵小籠包吃晚餐才回家炸鱔是前菜,加上了蜜汁,很惹味可是我覺得太甜了,鱔肉亦不炸得太脆,沒有質感上海小籠包皮薄肉汁多,此店的小籠包着實做得出色,有保證我很喜歡上海炒年糕,因為那咬口的感覺!這裡的年糕煮得剛好,帶點煙韌配料亦弄得好吃第一次吃這裡的甜品燉雙皮奶奶味濃郁,相當滑溜!台北的美食著實多不勝數,這裡沒地方寫有興趣的靖到架麵的facebook album 一看...…Read More

坐深航無好嘢食,於是選了這裡回一回氣只有半滿,被派了一張枱坐下,雖然不忙,但貫徹了我在其他分店有過的經驗 ,服務水平是minimal,雖然有收加一。首先,我們先后有店長與服務員招呼坐下,但也僅此而已。茶要問,餐牌要問,要多拿一個餐牌更要一問再問!陳醋西芹拌黑木耳(38):那黑木耳應有修剪過,很順眼,西芹可以多一點,夏日吃又爽又涼快:)酒糟蛋(28):孤陋寡聞,第一次聽也是第一次吃 ,酒香味恰到好處,溏心蛋黃也是心思之作,我嫌稍咸但同伴說沒問題:)醉豬手(45):這個酒香又不同,是一般醉雞的味道,豬手做得非常爽口,完全沒有一點膩滯:)上海小籠包(28):size比鼎泰豐大,同樣可以盪下盪下菜肉雲吞湯(35):湯沒得評,應是加料鷄粉湯,雲吞皮是接近港式的薄皮,餡料也是調較得比較淡口,建議盡快吃,因雲吞皮發漲得頗快水煮牛肉拉麵(46):辣度做得很好,牛肉也滑:)雪菜牛粒粉絲湯(38):雪菜色仍青翠,牛粒真的只是非常小粒粒,味道一般般,但強烈建議盡快吃,以免粉絲發漲麻婆豆腐(48):比平常吃的深色,味道甜多過辣,不算好味,只有豆腐很滑滑加回一點分數…Read More
