數年前從他口中認識正宗山西刀削麵皇,那時我們時有光顧,雖然環境狹窄,但刀削麵水準確實使人一試難忘,然而不知從何時我倆開始減少到這裡用餐,是日很想尋回那久違的味道,便來到這間荃灣人氣刀削麵店,周六中午時段很幸運地不用排隊~我選了上海水餃刀削麵 $40。圓渾的上海水餃很足料,餃皮屬於較厚那種,而粗幼相若、長短不一的麵條質地如同記憶般煙韌爽口,湯底清淡,整體配搭不俗,不知是自己大食了還是怎樣,記得以前來吃時吃完會很飽很飽,但今次竟然覺得份量剛剛好…哈哈!他則選了金錢肚拼上海水餃刀削麵 $43。另外點了上海小籠包 $2X。一客共有五隻,兩人分著吃剛剛好,賣相不俗。記得以前來吃時其小籠包內裡沒有湯汁,當時還很好奇,今次帶著這個印象再吃,輕咬一口,熱噴噴的小籠包皮算薄,鮮甜的湯汁溢出,好吃之餘不禁懷疑自己的記憶是否正確,不過現在已經無從稽考了。套餐跟有豆漿,吃刀削麵當然少不了一杯冰凍的甜豆漿!很滿足!吃畢後付款時驚覺門外已有一條人龍,果然是人氣店~同時看到食店將在9月尾至10月頭暫停營業、裝修的告示,雖然要告別熟悉的小店環境,但隨著時代變遷,眼見小店環境頗有歷史,裝修成更舒適的環境是在所難免的,能趕在新樣貌前再光顧實在太好了!…Read More

今日(3-12-2012 Mon)同男友放假,起身都已經10:30am,我o地先搵地方食o野,食完o野至出去周圍行.我就決定又跟街坊廚神食四方o黎呢間食蒜泥燻蹄同生煎小籠包.自己住o係荃灣咁多年,完全冇幫趁過呢間,因為都唔知有呢啲特色美食.我o地趕切繁忙時間前o黎到,都重有一張卡位坐,我o地叫o左:5. 唔知幾錢o既冷熱豆漿各一杯我先試男友o既凍豆漿,好夠凍,而熱豆漿呢,亦好熱,但飲到好濃郁o既豆味,而且都幾甜,真係舊式豆漿.味道: 5分2. 唔記得幾錢o既蒜泥燻蹄燻蹄係粉紅色,有別於港式白雪雪o既燻蹄,上面加o左一大埋幼細o既生蒜泥,先唔連蒜泥食,燻蹄同樣爽口,軟硬適中,連蒜泥食,覺得蒜泥好辣.其實我都知生蒜係辣,奇怪小儀o係節目中話係酸酸地而唔係辣.不過呢個辣又辣得幾過癮,係香辣.我o地食完呢餐,蒜頭味仍留o係口腔內幾個鍾甚至傍晚.味道: 4分1. $28.00 五香牛肉刀削麵原來一碗係好大碗,牛肉其實係牛(月展),好夠味,質感同樣係軟硬適中,湯亦都好夠味.而刀削麵都食到有啲咬口.味道: 5分3.$40.00o既麻辣雙拼,要手撕雞同豬肚我先夾冇被汁淋到o既豬肚,豬肚好爽口,而淋o左汁o既手撕雞呢?只有微辣,麻o既感覺係冇,點解會咁?男友問老闆係咪走o左辣?我答唔係喎,明明同老闆講要正常呢.如果係咁,咁呢樣就可能差o左啲喎.味道: 3分4. $8.00一隻,最少5隻o既上海小籠包o黎到,我返轉睇,冇生煎o既?唔通要另外講o既?算啦,我o地食喇,呢個好熱,內裡o既粉紅色o既豬肉都好多,不過湯汁都唔係咁多,但味道都可以.味道: 4分服務:一個最後生o既女侍應態度最唔掂,因為我o地第一次o黎,有太多o野揀,佢等得唔耐煩就走o左去,冇問題,呢點係我唔o岩,但一去冇回頭就好唔得,到我要叫o野食,佢完全冇再出現過.到我叫o野時,係老闆幫我o地落單.男友要麻辣雙拼時,老闆問佢係咪要郊辣?佢答係.落完單上五香牛肉刀削麵後,佢即刻好醒目拎兩個碗仔畀我o地share食.我o地食到一半,繁忙時間開始,有好多客人喇,但佢o地一句都冇催我o地,反而係我覺得唔好意思地,叫男友快啲食埋,飲埋杯凍豆漿走人.出去畀錢時,老闆都會講句多謝,好親切.環境:舊式老舖一間,不過簡單o既吊燈好靚.開頭冇乜開冷氣,但我食到好辣蒜泥就係咁撥涼,而且人多o左,風就開返大啲. 埋單$126.00,唔知係咪有套餐?好似平o左.…Read More
