:(兩個好耐冇見既女人, 因為唔去得遠, 就揀左個中間點試新野食.一早WHATSAPP 訂左位食LUNCH.BOOK 左12點, 12點準時到, 點知....佢12點4,5 先入得 餓死我......一入到去, 原來得8個位, 一個下午我估最多做到2輪.所以都明白點解D侍應會催你落單同出餐咁快.如果加埋8個人早少少BOOK 包場食個飯都應該係幾好既選擇.因為太餓既關係....就叫左3個餐 加 2個小食.無聽錯, 我地係得2個人叫左3個餐. 呢個蟹MISO 湯有少少海鮮甜味,唔太咸 都算OK, 湯入面有隻蟹鉗, 但隻蟹鉗就冇乜味. 見佢openrice話只接受預約,但當日又一路都打唔到個電話唯有6點半膽粗粗去睇下有冇得食入到去發現原來間鋪真係好細,只有一張長枱,得十個位左右好彩佢話8點前交枱就可以食係門口睇嗰陣先發現佢個電話只係for whatsapp book枱,下次再嚟一定會book定先三個人嗌左三個定食同兩個小食嚟share我地嗰三個定食都有個豆腐同麵豉湯:)個湯入面都加左蟹肉松葉蟹葱花玉子卷($58)原本同朋友討論嗌依個既時候想走葱,但間鋪太細,個店員聽到之後就話無得走既,但係唔會見到有葱,食落都唔會有葱佢講到咁,就嗌份嚟食啦望上去同食落又真係無葱咖喎玉子卷底下鋪滿蟹肉,再加上沙律醬同蟹籽,好好味三色丼定食($198)雖然個碗睇落細細地,但其實都唔少最重要係好足料三文魚子仲多過飯海膽鮮甜拆晒既蟹肉真係無得輸,啱晒啲懶人松葉蟹釜飯定食($168)一上枱已經聞到超級香入面有好多蟹膏同蟹肉,撈飯一流而且好足料,唔會有機會食到淨白飯松葉蟹甲羅燒定食($138)依個都好香,但最後食到有啲濟😂😂😂火炙海豚翅乾($38)最後覺得食得太多白飯,就嗌多個小食味道正常,幾香口三個人食左咁多款蟹,每人都係二百多啲,而且每樣都好味依個價錢食得過…Read More

朋友啱啱係京都旅行歸來,對所見所聞所食滔滔不絕。席間更大晒食蟹嘅相片,真係勾起旅行出走嘅衝動,心諗既然抽唔到時間就不如係香港黎個味覺短途旅行,彌補一下。上網碌左碌就發現到旺角嘅空海新開左無耐,又係主打食蟹料理。既然咁就腳一於過黎擦返餐!揀完餐後好快就送上餐前伴菜-櫻花蝦麻醬豆腐/蟹麵豉湯。豆腐冰涼透心,微微嘅酸味及櫻花蝦脆香,係焱熱嘅夏天好開胃。蟹麵豉湯嘅蟹肉爽口,加上已經剝好食起上黎不用費神,而麵豉味道剛好唔會搶左蟹肉嘅鮮。之後係蟹肉玉子燒,蟹肉嘅量一啲都唔孤寒鋪到厚厚底層,就算食完玉子都仲剩好多蟹肉。一梳梳嘅爽口蟹肉配上香甜玉子,非常滋味。加上粒粒蟹子點綴,令口感提升不少。先上第一個主菜:松葉蟹丼飯加配海膽/帆立貝。蟹肉同飯嘅比例係1:1,係1:1!帆立貝厚身爽甜,而海膽同蟹膏嘅奶滑及淳香更令整碗丼飯提升上另一層次。將所有海膽/蟹膏/蟹肉充分攪拌,入口每一啖都係鮮甜甘香嘅滋味。火炙帆立貝完全表突出左自身嘅甘甜,少量嘅沙律醬令帆立貝食落更清爽。海膽墨魚刺身,因為賣晒蟹腳刺身所以轉食依個。但都有驚喜喎,墨魚好滑及煙韌,混合左打得幼滑稠身嘅海膽汁,濃香非常一啲墨魚腥味都無。配以紫菜包住黎食風味更佳。三色丼定食。獨立三款蟹肉/海膽/三文魚子食讓人可以細味各自嘅滋味。蟹肉及海膽嘅質素不言而喻,但估不到三文魚子同樣掂,醬漬得剛好唔會蓋過魚子嘅脂油香味,粒粒都保持飽滿結實,配飯食更突出其鮮甜。雖然店鋪細細只能容納8個顧客,麻雀雖小但五臟俱全。能更俾廚師專心於每一位客人。…Read More

為食朋友W約我去吃私房蟹宴,她說吃完這餐就要封口開始減肥,所以要吃一頓好的作結(滴汗)。在旺角上班的她,看到這間專門吃蟹的小店,她二話不說訂了位約我去吃。店內的位置比想像中來得少,只有8個吧好像,所以一定一定要訂位!不然就夜一點來碰運氣。*我們點了以下兩個套餐一齊吃:空海盛 $598*三色丼定食 $198*枝豆、日本蕃薯仔、櫻花蝦麻醬豆腐先來說這個性價比很高的「空海盛」 ,什麼都有最好,東一口西一口的。最愛是櫻花蝦麻醬豆腐,加上櫻花蝦有一點點的咸香很特別,另外蕃薯仔是非常非常甜!*松葉蟹腳刺身再來是松葉蟹腳刺身,我好像是第一次吃蟹腳刺身吧,因為這口感是從未吃過的,好像一條很鮮甜美味的啫喱。*蟹肉味噌湯吃完凍的刺身渴口喝最好不過,蟹鉗的殼都已經處理好,一口咬下去啖啖肉很爽,略覺得湯咸了一點點,不過朋友W則覺得剛剛好。*松葉蟹羔甲羅燒這甲羅燒是另一蟹迷的最愛,蟹羔的味道濃烈到不得了,蟹蓋上放了豐滿的松葉蟹羔及蟹肉,份量真是給得超級大方,一點也不小氣,我個人是覺得配飯吃會比較好,兩個女孩分著吃都已經覺得太多。*海膽 . 帆立貝 . 松葉蟹丼飯這個海膽 . 帆立貝 . 松葉蟹丼飯真的超級吸晴,你看刺身的份量多大方!帆立貝很大一隻很厚肉,味道鮮甜又帶點爽脆。海膽和蟹羔令整個飯的罪惡感大大提升,一定要拌飯吃呀要不然會膩到炸。飯上面還鋪著一層蟹肉,真的每吃一口都感覺到蟹到存在。*清酒煮蜆相比其他食物,這道清酒煮蜆就來得比較普通,沒什麼驚喜,蜆肉小小一隻但算是很肥美。*蒜香一口和牛粒我們顧著拍照和聊天,和牛粒一來的時候沒第一時間吃它,到吃的時候稍稍有點涼了。不過涼的吃也不會覺得硬,咬下去還是有濃濃的肉汁流出來。*柚子雪葩這個「空海盛」以柚子雪葩作結,剛好可以解解膩呀不錯。*三色丼定食這三色丼定食性價比蠻高的,$200不到就可以有三款單價高的小刺身飯,不要看它碗小小的,吃起來真的會非常飽。海膽和蟹肉跟「空海盛」的丼飯一樣,所以我就不多說了,三文魚子大大粒很飽滿,份量是滿瀉的狀態,配上這裡特調醬油吃,鲜味會更突出。*這樣吃下來每人都是$400左右,這樣的質素算是很OK呀我覺得,雖然不能跟大阪的作比較,但如果以香港來說的話,應該算是數一數二的好吃吧。不過這裡位置真的是少,一定一定要先訂位呀!…Read More
