與友人於某夏夜到聯和墟的新漢記品嚐客家菜。小編的家鄉是清遠,以肥豬肉和走地雞的客家菜為名,當然要試試客家炆豬肉,雖然沒有家鄉的豬肉肥味和味濃,但也不過不失。最令我感驚喜的是自家製蝦子九棍魚腐和自家製墨魚丸浸瓜,一大塊的蝦子魚腐入口便是蝦子香甜,帶有魚鮮味,而我評分最高的是自家製墨魚丸,墨汁味濃,爽口彈牙!三杯焗新鮮豬腸也是不錯,焗得蠻香口,喜歡吃豬腸的朋友可以一試。我們沒有嘗試雞隻,始終在香港難以吃到完美的客家雞的了,有機會再來品嚐。 …Read More
