喺銅鑼灣行嚟行去唔知食乜好,最近又成日食西餐,所以想轉吓口味🥢。經過謝斐道嗰邊,「大澳德發」嘅店員係咁叫人入去試吓,見招呼咁好,又有唔少人食緊,就決定幫襯。餐廳分上下兩層,可坐𨋢或行樓梯去二樓,我哋上咗去二樓,環境唔錯,而且望到街景,感覺開揚👍。佢嘅格局好似茶餐廳,但就一啲都唔逼夾,坐得舒服。佢同其他茶記一樣有提供茶餐同晚飯小菜。不過小菜款式繁多,而且更有好多樣係同海鮮有關🦐。餐牌上嘅每一道菜式都好吸引,當中更有孖寶套餐,我哋嗌咗優惠孖寶D($288),有豬手同雜菜煲。三弄脆皮豬手(原價$188),哇哇哇,豬手勁大隻🍖,以依個價錢嚟講性價比極高,佢比起喺西餐廳食平好多,而且味道亦一啲都唔遜色。豬皮整得好脆,咬落卜卜聲,豬手肉就切得夠厚身,而且充滿骨膠原,肉質唔嚡。🐷豬手有經鹽水醃過,所以唔使沾汁食都已經好夠味,鹹度恰到好處。咁大隻豬手我哋又點食得晒呢,所以連骨打包咗,返到屋企仲可以拎去煲湯添。大澳海味雜菜煲(原價$128),雖然佢係四周圍都有得食嘅雜菜煲,不過就滋味好多🤤。蔬菜菇菌款式豐富,有齊菜芯、白菜、西蘭花、冬菇同埋金菇等。除此之外,佢更配以大量大澳海味,包括蝦乾、蝦米同魷魚,🦑佢哋鮮味十足,令到個湯好好飲。雜菜煲份量超多,墊底又有粉絲,如果無四個人食都唔使指擬KO得晒。金磚豆腐拼花枝餅($108),呢個小食可以一次過滿足兩個願望✌🏻,而且兩樣都係香口嘢。金磚豆腐如其名,外皮炸至金黃香脆,皮薄無油膩感,而內裡嘅豆腐就非常滑溜,一啖食晒咁多層口感好正啊。🦑花枝餅有三件,每件面積唔大,不過勝在夠厚,而且用料絕無花假,食得出爽彈花枝肉,但略嫌油份重咗少少。飲品方面🥤,我哋要咗自家製檸檬薏米水($25)同埋鹹柑桔($25),兩杯凍飲都OK嘅,大大杯,味道幾清又唔會太甜。總括嚟講,大澳德發係非一般嘅茶餐廳,我認為佢嘅定位係介乎酒樓同茶記中間,價錢亦然。晚餐嚟呢度可品嚐到水上人家菜,唔使親身去到大澳都食得到🐟。下次我會約多幾個朋友一齊到訪,因為佢啲嘢食咁大份,兩個人真係食唔到幾多囉😆!…Read More
