今年慶祝父親節一家人到此晚飯,此館位於東智選假日酒店樓上,隔離就係皇冠假日酒店,第一次好易去錯隔離酒店。飯局預早一星期前訂位仍有獨立房享用,房間不算大一圍枱剛好的空間而已,房內細講野比較應聲。父親節應節套餐有多種選擇,我們點了可供6人享用套餐($1520)再散叫幾款小菜。桌上放置四碟小食包括小魚乾花生、西芹木耳、炒蒜苗、糖醋排骨,味道不錯的飯前小食。前菜有三款包括花雕醉雞、招牌燻魚和青瓜老醋蜇頭,份量比預期多。花雕醉雞冷盤夠凍,雞砍件較大,酒味濃雞肉入味肉質嫩滑。招牌燻魚魚腩肥美肉滑,魚皮脆口沾上糖醋醬汁好美味。青瓜老醋蜇頭青瓜沒有拍過即使切細了總係覺得不夠入味,海蜇頭不夠肥大肉厚欠點爽口。宮保明蝦球蝦夠新鮮肉質爽口彈牙,蝦球沾了薄粉油泡過好索汁,酸甜醬汁食落好開胃。砂窩雲吞雞份量相當大窩,每人可添兩碗,好多娃娃菜和小棠菜,砂鍋好保溫可熱住食,湯底清,菜肉雲吞皮薄餡靚,雲吞偏細粒,雞肉不夠淋。鐵板京蔥爆牛肉好有鑊氣好多京蔥爆得好惹味,牛肉口感嫩味道不錯。紅燒黃魚魚身淋上味濃色重的醬汁,黃魚肉質鮮嫩細緻甜美。火腿炆津白火腿咸香湯汁味令津白食落份外清甜,份量不算多淺嚐已足夠,反正仲有其他野食不宜飽肚。闊佬炒飯就是瑤柱蝦仁蛋白炒飯,飯炒得乾身粒粒分明,炒飯比較清淡,撈埋瑤柱食落無咁寡,加點辣椒油食比較惹味。一口小籠包皮薄餡正有肉味,多湯汁好夠味,皮有彈性夾起不易穿,味道好豐富,一啖一隻好滋味是一道有水準的點心。北京烤鴨鴨皮鴨皮多肥油,肉砌得頗大片,皮烤得不算香。薄餅份量足,餅皮厚欠點彈性,落埋醬汁京蔥,味道一般不過不損失。生菜鴨崧叫左北京烤鴨片完皮剩啲肉唔好嘥,補少少錢就有依款菜,好足料鴨肉之外仲有洋蔥筍粒冬菇粒等,鴨崧比較濃味清清地包生菜食最好不過。炒膳糊鱔肉切得頗幼身,口感大減令主角失色,落了好多韮王,醬汁濃盡顯滬派本色,配白飯一流。杞子蘆薈桂花糕桂花糕晶瑩剔透賣相吸引,分成九件入口清甜陣陣桂花香,間中食到杞子口感豐富,吃完好滿足,為美味餐宴劃上完美句號。…Read More

Popcorn內的假日酒店,其實有不少食肆選擇,家人亦甚為喜歡來到7樓的金滿庭食晚餐,是次小妹亦跟隨去「痴餐」。由於閒日完全不需等位,就可以入座。座位與座位之間尚算寬敞,我們被編排到旁邊的4人卡座。與別的酒樓不一樣,可以選擇人參烏龍或碧螺春等較為罕見的茶。由於個人不太喜歡碧螺春苦苦地味道,終是選了人參烏龍。人參烏龍味道甘香,呷一口在口腔內遺留甘甘地的味道,又不澀口,可以以一字來形容「回味甘香」。另有餐前小食,醉雞冰涼,帶點酒味而不濃,酒香的確令人忍不住口。最先來的是砂鍋雲吞雞,可以分到每人2碗,即8碗的份量,雞湯惹味清甜,看得出好夠火候,非常入味,最值得讚是雞肉仍嫩滑。最驚喜是雲吞粒粒都大大粒,小妹雖然不太喜歡吃雲吞,皆因不喜歡吃雲吞皮的味道,但這個滑一滑,混合於湯一併來吃,味道確實不錯,真心覺得是必吃之選!糖醋魚塊魚塊來到時外皮尚脆,醬汁惹味又不太鹹,配白飯吃是不錯。全晚較為失色的是手撕高麗菜,味道沒有什麼特別,菜爽脆,但太乾身。來到當然要吃頗有名的一口小籠包啦! 小籠包來到時尚熱,侍應叮嚀我們要趁熱吃呢。小妹輕輕地夾著小籠包,因皮較薄身,要不然會「爆汁」。由於尚燙,吃時要小心翼翼,咬一小口內裡的醬汁已四濺,餡嫩軟身,味道一流。原來想吃高力豆沙飽,但發現沒有,不緊要吧,大家也飽得捧著肚子。正所謂「一分錢一分貨」,以區內餐廳而言,這裡食物水平不俗,環境又坐得舒服,最適合家庭樂。…Read More
