The Opening of the Molecular Ice Cream Cafe

The Lab Made Company has successfully evoked a wave of enthusiasm about liquid nitrogen ice-cream in town. Their business keeps expanding since they started off a small shop in Tai Hang. Now, Lab Made has operated several ice-cream shops in Hong Kong. On February 27, the new Lab Made Café is opened. It mainly sells popular liquid nitrogen ice-creams and new liquid nitrogen cakes.

Café You can try the new Lei Sha Glutinous Rice Dumpling liquid nitrogen ice-cream in the café. The ice-cream has retained the original flavor of black sesame, while the peanuts and soy bean flour on top bring a richer ice-cream texture.



Apart from the signature ice-cream, the Lab Made Café has also introduced 4 special new cakes. They are the Banana Custard Cake($38), produced by hand-made banana custard jam the sweet and salty Baked White Chocolate with Sea Salt Cake($38), the sour Raspberry Cheesecake($38) and the unique Liquid Nitrogen Volcano Cake($88). When the hot saffron sauce is poured into the volcano cake, you can immediately see the “chemical reaction” of smoke coming out from the volcano cake together with the saffron sauce.



Coffees and teas are also available in the Lab Made Café. The coffees are made by high-quality coffee beans and are brewed according to coffees’ characteristics. You can choose some special drinks like Horlicks with ginger sauce added and hand-made hot chocolate in the café.
