Ordered a simple breakfast set and had to wait for forty minutes. Apparently the 腸粉 takes a while to steam - a long 40 minutes! While waiting, I noticed waiters serving 腸粉 to diners. Is there a special ingredient for 腸粉 takeaways that require extra time and steps?

Authentic Thai food! Have tried many Thai restaurants in HK but haven't found one that reminded me of home- until now. Ordered Koh moo-yang (grilled pork neck) and it came along with the right tenderness, not dry like many others. Pleasantly surprised when the Pad Thai was cooked with authentic thin rice noodles you'd have in Thailand. Staff was very friendly, relaxing ambience, good value, with a draft Singh to enjoy the Sunday. Will come back again!

Work at Central and have dined at many restaurants, including Taiwanese. This is the worst lunch experience I have encountered, with perhaps the worst Taiwanese food. The noodles were too wet, soft, plain and tasteless. Certainly not worth the value. As a Taiwanese, I can comfortably say that I have never eaten noodles like this in Taiwan- the dish and taste is more local Cantonese. Our order also came very late. We were the first to be seated, and the last table to be served. More than half an hour in, we asked the waitress about our order and was told not to complain and rush the order.
