Since my friend gave me two tickets for Trick Eye Museum Hong Kong, so I went to Bubba Gump Shrimp to have an early dinner with my girlfriend before visiting the museum.

We ordered a salad, two main dishes, a dessert, and two drinks.

It first came with the Classic Caesar Salad.The romaine lettuce was fresh, it matched well with crunchy croutons and the Parmesan cheese.

The two drinks were Louisiana Lemonades (left) and Pomegranate Punch (right).The Punch was more sweet, while the Lemonades had a stronger taste of rum.

The first main dish was Shrimp New Orleans.It included twelve shrimps, and the sauce was appetising.

Accidental Fish & Shrimp was another main dish.The broiled tilapia was too fishy, and the sauce was not as good as Shrimp New Orleans'.

Our dessert was Mama’s Bread Pudding.It was good, with the taste of cinnamon, raisins and vanilla ice-cream. My girlfriend loved it.

Remember to make a reservation to secure a window seat.

To celebrate my girlfriend's birthday, we went to Praya Waterside Eatery to have dinner.

We ordered a starter, two mains, two drinks, and a dessert.

First it came with bread.The bread was warm and soft while the crust was crispy.

For starter, we had Seared Scallops (with candied pork belly and lemon aioli).The scallops were perfectly cooked, and you could eat them without the lemon aioli.

Duck Leg Shepherd's Pie (with green pea, radish and red onion salad) was our first main.The duck leg meat was covered with a crust of mashed potato. It tasted good as well as the salad.

Another main was Smoky Slow Cooked Duroc Pork Ribs (with bacon and shallot potato salad and dressed leaves). The ribs were tender, better than any other ribs I have ever tried in Hong Kong or in Europe.

We ordered two cocktails: Passion Fruit Mojito and Praya Mai Tai.
Both were nice.

Finally, we ordered Chocolate Pavlova as our dessert.It looked attractive and colourful, my girlfriend liked it so much.

The atmosphere was relaxed and the staff were nice. Recommend!

Swire can 即煮米線都出咗好耐，但平時實在太多人，今次見人少少，所以就買嚟試下。

Cooked to order rice noodle is popular in Swire canteen. Today, there were not many people, so I tried it.

我叫咗唔辣嘅大理米線。裹面有雞翼、鮮肉碎、木耳絲同時菜。

I ordered non-spicy Da Li style rice noodles in soup. It included chicken wings, minced pork, shredded agaric and vegetable.味道唔錯，但份量對男仔嚟講就太少。

It was delicious, but the size might not enough for boys.

之前起日本愛媛縣嘅松山市試咗周平，一直念念不忘，所以返嚟香港後就同女朋友試周月。

I've tried the tsukemen at 周平 in Matsuyama, Ehime, Japan. It's the most palatable tsukemen I've ever had. Therefore I went to their HK branch 周月 in Central with my girlfriend.

醬油湯底，麵質煙韌，有半隻溏心蛋。
整體感覺一段 (尤其試過日本本店周平後)。

There're three sizes you can choose (100, 200, 300g), all in same price $89.
It's the shoyu (soy sauce) flavour, the noodles' texture was chewy. There's a half ramen egg.
Overall is average, especially when I tried the one in Japan.
