I have always enjoyed the food at Grappa's, but the service provided by their waiting staff does not leave a good taste in one's more and whilst other restaurants are placing more emphasis on customer service, Grappa's on the other hand are going backwards.

OVer the weekend my family and I visited during lunch, we ordered pizza and pasta.  The restaurant wasn't that particularly busy and after 20 minutes after the pasta had arrived we inquired about the pizza, I was absolutely astounded by the utter rudeness of the waiter.

The response was "It takes time to cook!!, if you don't want to wait!!, then you can cancel!!", believe me, this sounds worse when said in Cantonese.

That will be the last time I will be visiting Grappa's.
