I wanted this place to be good but simply can't justify as the food is just meh. Don't get me wrong the service staff was great and attentive, they catered to our every needs and was friendly and helpful.We ordered 4 tapas, a salad and a main for 2. The pull-pork mini burgers, it's more of a pork patty than stringy pull pork but it taste great. The meatballs were good too and portion size was actually fine. The chips were well, chips....
The rest was bad, the caesar salad was by far the worst salad I ever had. Completely void of all taste, I mean come on, how about some seasoning? Or even some dressing? None what so ever, it was just chopped romaine lettuce, a very runny poached egg with very dried Parma ham with crisped Parmesan cheese. Don't get the salad here, it's just terrible, the chef needs to go back to cooking school or at least taste their food before serving. Definitely not worth the $120 tag.
The curry chicken croquet was just 3 pieces of fried crumb stuffed with thick curry paste, no sign of chicken here.
Overall the experience was only ok, if they can step up on their food, they might even be a good restaurant. Location and vibe is fantastic for people watching, yeah, don't pretend you don't do it. Probably won't return given there's so many choices along this strip.
