We were there to stop by for an afternoon tea and because of its appealing interior we decided to give it a try.After we ordered the food, it took like 20-30minutes to get to us. After we ordered the food, it took like 20-30minutes to get to us. This wasn't a big problem as we wanted a chill afternoon and had nothing planned ahead. But we heard many customers around us not pleased with the waiting time of their dish either.
We ordered the escargot, pancakes and a tiramisu.
To our surprise, the escargot looked ok from the outside but the escargot was so easily removed from its shell, it was obvious that the shell was reused (by this I mean that the escargot itself is bought separately and stuffed back in to the shell for each use), the size of the escargot was approximately 1cm in size only and a huge shell, quite obvious hehh I would say....
The next disappointment was the pancake, it was literally 2 pieces of plain pancakes served with some jam (that was really sweet!).
We waited so long for the tiramisu to come and it never did. So we gave up waiting and asked for the bill. The price seemed a littleuch for what we ate (2 dishes) so we asked him for the list of stuff we ate. It was really cheeky and un-honest of him to charge us for the tiramisu we did not even eat, although it might sound just like a case of misunderstanding but trust me it was not.
My experience here was completely awful and the owner is not honest, not only that but the quality, price and waiting time is not great either.
