Have been going to this place since soft opening and they are reliably consistent. The coffees are always very good and at $35 a latte on price. The breakfast is also very good with artisan breads and well presented. They also do a very competitively priced soup. Good location by the MTR. Can be crowded on weekends. There's also a nice little outdoor area which is rare around these parts. Only issue I had once is very slow service which was due to the barista being in the toilet.
