主理人係前四季主廚Gregoire Michaud,由開業到宜家,我每次經過就會睇下出爐未/有無人排!到今日終於皇天不負有心人,俾我唔洗排隊就試到佢地既招牌名物Sourdough Egg Tart😍🤤 👇🏾(真係唔洗排架🤣🤣🤣).📌Sourdough Egg Tart ($12) 趁熱食! 趁熱食! 趁熱食! 重要既嘢講三次📣新鮮出爐既Pastry永遠都係最好食😍👍🏾 呢個Sourdough Egg Tart面層有焦糖,好似食緊Crème Brûlée咁!撻皮酥脆帶牛油🧈味,食落仲有少少🤏🏽煙韌既質感!內餡蛋味濃郁,仲好重奶香,食落香甜滑溜,甜度適中,食完都唔覺得漏!絕對完勝澳門葡撻😌 .P.S.1 講開又講,我成日覺得澳門啲葡撻overcook左,入口成日有陣燶味😂.P.S.2 邊個再話佢同上校葡撻一樣同我拖出去打🤣🤣🤣🤣.總括嚟講,絕對會回頭,係我食過最好食既eggtart 👍🏾 我呢個永遠都唔會排隊食嘢既foodie,今次真係明點解要排隊😂😌蛋撻界既勞斯萊斯😍.=========================..
