On my way to the hot mess known as the Golden Computer Center/Mall, I noticed a tiny stall that featured a few stacks of Parathas (ok, everything in Hong Kong is "tiny" to me!) The dough was the right amount of chewy/crispy. The filling of potato and spices was pretty fantastic - very flavorful and spicy (spicy level of medium to slightly hot) A great combination, really. My only regret was that I didn't get a drink to wash it down with
