It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas! I love the holidays and there's nothing more exciting than holiday-themed desserts that gets you in the mood. That's why I was excited to receive this super cute Yule Log Cake ($330) from Harlan's Cake Shop which had exquisite details of Santa Claus, poinsettia, stars and mushrooms as decorations. That's why I was excited to receive this super cute Yule Log Cake ($330) from Harlan's Cake Shop which had exquisite details of Santa Claus, poinsettia, stars and mushrooms as decorations. Even the bark on the log was nicely detailed with streaks of chocolate while the inside was filled with chocolate cream and bits of dried fruits. It wasn't too sweet at all but the cake could have been more moist in general. This would be perfect as a festive dessert for house parties to celebrate the holidays! Please note that this needs to be ordered 3 days in advance.
