I love the atmosphere of the restaurant. It is very rustic and industrial, which matches their store Lost&Found. I've ordered their tea set ($55+10% service) Cappuccino and NY Cheesecake. The cappucino is better than most average places in HK; at least there are foam on top. However, the cake was not as good as it could be. The taste is quite good, but the texture was very liquidy. I believe they have not let it chill to become firm enough before they served. NY cheesecake is suppose to be firm,
As for the service, if you charge 10%, please at least give me a cup of water after I've sat down for 10mins. I saw the more senior server is very busy, but the more junior ones are just walking around aimlessly.
