Finally its winter and is time for cheese hotpot!We came here at 7 and its half full. The seats are quite packed and could hear what the girl next to is talking aboutWe had a frog legs as appen., its juicy n the sauce is tasty: egg yolk, mayo n herbs, very funny mix with the frog legsThen the cheese foundue is here! Its thick n cheesy ofcoz, to dip the bread in n i love to let the bread in for a longer time so its all soften n like a sponge! But i dun like the bread is cut so big cube, it is too

Then the cheese foundue is here! Its thick n cheesy ofcoz, to dip the bread in n i love to let the bread in for a longer time so its all soften n like a sponge! But i dun like the bread is cut so big cube, it is too large for lady's mouth. I cut it half everytime so it could get more cheese each time as well sounds greedy huh?! Let it boil some time till u smell a little burnt, then i scratch the bottom of pot with the bread, to get the little burnt cheese, it tastes even better
Then the pan fried veal came but we were quite full unfortunately. But i deadly love the potato cake (its not a hash brown) its pan fried of shedered potato, i love its thin potato strips n so rich original flavour of the potato itself
The food is good but its so warm n stuffy inside. The restaurant was full at ard 7.30, staff are so busy n were not too attentive.
The food is satisfactory so i wud still come every winter for the cheese foundue!
