As a big fan of japanese buffets, this is one of the places i recommend to get your japanese sashimi fix on without busting your wallet. I highly recommending reserving in advance and they usually have clocks of times available to eat (I booked for 845pm). The table is relatively small and the environment is very crowded and full of customers, which makes me wonder how the waitstaff maneuver throughout the restaurant as you see dishes of sushi fly by every few seconds. The variety of food available for order is quite generous, and the quality of the food was prettty good as well. The sashimi, which was fresh and of good quality, was served over a bowl of ice to preserve the freshness. I particularly enjoyed the sweet shrimp and salmon sashimi and herring as well. In regards to the hot food, I definitley recommend ordering the grilled lamb chops and baked oysters. Definitley order in advance as the hot food takes quite a while to prepare, especially good at the salmon. I like the herring but it is in very small pieces. You need to wait some time for the hot and grilled food. We also ordered some of the udon noodles and some chicken wings which were perfectly cooked.
The waitstaff are very attentive and speedy but sometimes do miss orders but who could blame them considering how packed the restaurant is and how many orders they have to keep track of. Will definitley come again.
