We came to Hongkong for a three days trip. Dining in this place last night was a very disappointing experience. The system of ordering was rather confusing. We had to write dish by dish on papers to the waitresses. The waiting period was long and there was no record of what customers have been ordering and delievering to us. After checking on repeatly with the waitresses they delivered more dishes that we didn't order. At the end I had to repeatly request to have all extra ones cancelled . The

After checking on repeatly with the waitresses they delivered more dishes that we didn't order. At the end I had to repeatly request to have all extra ones cancelled . The bill came substantial amount without details of what have been ordered or delivered (i must admit it was my fault not to as for the details ) .
However for a restaurant I believe it's important to be organized in their system that shows honestly and professionalism to customers. We trust the restaurant will do the right thing without us going away with a feeling that "I should have asked for the details of the ordering to check !" We shouldn't pay such amount for little things we had and took away with a feeing that was very disappointing .
