If you would like some good Korean BBQ without horrid fumes / stink on your person / clothes afterwards this restaurant is a good choice.  Price is not unreasonable and meat very good by HK standards.

This restaurant is clean and service is good.

There are two main types of food here - BBQ and cooked from the kitchen.  The BBQ is much better and what we come for. For BBQ meat, the emphasis is (rightly) on beef, then pork and there is also chicken, squid, prawn and some others.  We order mostly beef with some pork at the end. There is marinated and un-marinated variety for beef and both are good.

The meal starts with a variety of kim chee dishes, essentially small plates of vegetables such as pickled cabbage, beans, sweet potatoes.  When the meat is brought the servers will cut them into manageable sizes for you to cook yourself over a hot grill using tongs.  Soon the meat will be ready. Some prefer a bit of soy sauce, some add chilli or sesame oil.  Most locals like to eat the meat with rice. A good alternative is to wrap in lettuce (ordered extra) with chilli paste, then onions and scallions and fresh kim chee (as opposed to preserved) (again ordered extra). Items 9, 10 and 11 and wagyu beef on the menu are favourites.  The beef is always fresh, succulent and flavourful. Whilst we have had better beef in Korea, Myung Ga is one of the best we have found in Hong Kong.  We have tried virtually all the beef BBQ options on their menu and found the galbi (short ribs) most delicious.

The staff are attentive and will change the metal grill after a while as grease and particles accumulate.

We usually move on from beef to pork towards the end.

We have tried food from the kitchen such as rice in stone pots (Grade B), fried vermicelli (Grade B-), pancake (Grade C), pork knuckle (Grade C) and various soups and stews (Grade B-C).

There is also coffee to order and a few ice-cream based desserts.
