I found out from other reviews that Viet's executive chef is ex-Chom Chom so I was very excited to try them out. I ordered the Wok-fried Lemongrass Beef Baguette to take away for lunch and boy was I sadly dispapointed...the 'baguette' was more like a dry bread roll with a slightly cripsy shell and the beef did not have a single hint of lemongrass - maybe covered by the mildly spicy mayonnaise they used to cover the bun.
