Being in the center of LKF, the location is absolutely convenient. It's on 1/F of 1 LKF, which is basically just next to the haagen dazs store. We booked a table for two at 6:30, therefore we didn't have to wait for the table. When we first walked in, there were not a lot of people and the atmosphere was cozy and quiet. It was quite a small area, with 3-4 tables, and a bar. Unlike most restarants in LKF, which are usually crowed and noisy, Bisque provides quite a different vibes. On each table, there was an embedded champagne chiller with fancy illumination. There was also soft background music playing instead of too-loud remix songs.
For the food, we order a Mini Lobster Slider as starter. The size of the little burger is ideal, as I'm not a big eater. The mixture of green and lobster is just right. I would recommend this to start with!

For the main course, Whole Fresh New Brunswick Lobster in Hong Kong ‘Typhoon Shelter’ Style. And omg! The lobsters were so juicy and the taste is a pleasure to my taste bud. I am convinced that it was the best lobster I have ever had. I wasn't a big fan of lobster, but this dish has made me fell in love. The serving size is quite big too, it filling enought for two people. This is, for me, an absolute must-try!

Overall, we had a great time dining there. It is unfortunate that I didn't take many photos due to the dim lighting of the place, but I'd definitely go again, and try different kinds of lobsters, and take more pictures!
