因為需要前往金鐘辦事,所以我心血來潮決定去Island Gourmet試試運氣。很幸運👍🏼地我是等候名單上的第三個,等了半小時後終於有座位了!這家輕食餐廳給人一種經典法國氛圍的感覺,裝潢是深啡色的木材和半透明玻璃,入口處正中間有一個大型的蛋糕櫃和咖啡櫃台。服務員穿著黑色背心、白色恤衫和黑色長褲,非常友善和親切,讓人感覺非常舒適。由於我在用餐時間限制內,所以我點了一份「日式雞扒便當」🍱總共有四個格子,擺盤非常精緻。左邊的第一個格子是北海道芝士蛋糕,圓形的蛋糕上有兩片白朱古力和一滴奶油,非常可愛。右邊的第二個格子是海藻和大豆的混合,味道非常清新。接著,左下角的格子是胡麻醬豆腐和沙拉🥗,非常美味,豆腐和胡麻醬的搭配很好。最後一個右下角的格子是雞扒飯,雞扒熱呼呼的,香氣四溢,非常美味。整體來說,食物的味道非常好,但份量比較小,對於男性來說可能不夠飽😆。另外,蛋糕的外觀非常漂亮,但比我想像中更甜,可能不是每個人都會喜歡。至於服務方面,每位店員都非常細心和有耐性,我看到即使與日本遊客語言不通,仍然不厭其煩地禮貌對待,值得讚賞。1 CHICKEN BENTO BOX $210.00 ⭐️⭐️⭐️Island GourmetAdd: 5/F Island Shangri-La Hong Kong, Pacific Place, 88 Queensway. 繼續閱讀

之前食過兩次港島香格里拉酒店高美食店出品既紅桑子拿破崙。今次想試試其他口味,特別要求食藍莓拿破崙,特登訂左之後喺呢度堂食。呢度無得定位,要walk in等位。Blueberry Mille-Feuille $480Layers of Caramelized Puff Pastry, Whipped Vanilla Cream, Fresh blueberries服務員將蛋糕連埋支點着嘅蠟燭上枱,支蠟燭點着都完全唔臭。千層焦糖化酥皮有3大層,真係勁酥脆,一刀切落去聽到勁多層酥皮切開嘅聲音,好複雜。最面嗰層好似搽左一層糖漿咁,閃令令,呢層亦都特別厚。中間夾住兩層好滑嘅雲呢拿忌廉,忌廉當中都有好多藍莓,藍莓味道唔出,都係紅桑子好食d。拿破崙上面加左新鮮藍莓,上面有金鉑嘅雲呢拿忌廉同朱古力條點綴,當然亦有免費祝福朱古力牌。成個拿破崙份量好多,大大個影相夠靚。Scones $95兩件 另加一呢度既Scones雖然加左價,不過都係必食。揀左兩個Scones都係提子味,仲特登交帶左要好熱好熱嘅。Scone外皮香脆而入面夠鬆,但係唔會散開。提子乾大大粒,份量好多。配有包裝嘅英國製clotted cream,士多啤梨果醬同apricot果醬。雖然高美食店地方細細,樓底唔高,不過裝修高雅,影相用餐都好好。服務員服務非常好。 繼續閱讀

今日難得得閒又經開呢頭,諗住試試佢,一入到門口我就同waiter是意一位,成班waiter係個櫃枱企定定,好驚訝咁望住我,無人行過黎門口。隔左陣佢地行過黎,就問有無book位,咁我就話無,佢地就話咁要排waiting list, 咁我都明嘅,我本身都係興起諗住黎,但我feel到佢地唔係好想我排waiting list咁。呢個係正常待客態度? 繼續閱讀

Went there for a leisurely weekday lunch with my partner. The menu was extensive for such a small space. We ordered 2 bento boxes at $210 each. The portions were small but it was beautifully presented and the taste was pretty good. We were surprisingly satisfied after finishing everything. There were only 2 pieces of grilled eel so I had to add the crab salad and the stewed chicken to the rice. The Hokkaido cheesecake was very delicate and completes the meal well. The space was small but the service was really outstanding. They kept moving us whenever a larger table comes up as the first 2 we sat at were really only comfortable for 1 person. The manager-looking lady (think her name was Scarlett?) was so friendly with all her patrons. I enjoyed just watching her and listening to how she was greeting her regular customers and new visitors. She clearly enjoys her work and is very good at it. I would go there again just to experience the great service. 繼續閱讀

聖誕期間想同朋友食下午茶,但我哋又唔太鍾意食傳統嘅三層afternoon tea,於是我就提議嚟呢間環境優雅嘅酒店餅店試吓。呢度唔可以book位,所以建議大家早D嚟攞位,避免等位。我哋一行四人,叫咗四杯飲品,兩件蛋糕同一件sausage roll,計埋大概around $200。價錢合理,蛋糕唔會太甜,仲有D傳統甜點,啱啱好同朋友一齊share。呢間酒店餅店嘅環境真係好優美,裝潢高貴典雅,好似置身歐洲。而且店員嘅服務態度親切,有耐性咁為我哋介紹各款甜品同飲品,令人倍感貼心!總括嚟講,呢度係一個非常適合姊妹們一齊嚟enjoy下午茶時光嘅地方,無論係環境、食物定係服務都非常出色。有機會我哋一定會再嚟! 繼續閱讀
