歌柏絲意大利餐廳 (已搬遷) 新店位置

Last Tuesday I went to Grappas for a quick dinner before my movie at 19.45.  I arrived the restaurant by myself at 6 and asked for a table for 3 for dinner. I noticed the bar area was quite full at that time but dining area was still pretty empty. A waitress showed me to a table and gave me the menu. I ordered a glass of wine and asked "it's happy hour now, right?"  She said "no happy hour in dining area, only bar area."  By the time the waitress showed me to the table, she didn't mention this.

午膳時間相約了在金鐘工作的好友聚餐，就近在太古廣場的 Grappa's Ristorante 用膳。餐廳的裝潢配套有一定水準，但用餐環境比預期嘈吵。午市有四款午餐可供選擇，定價二百餘元連頭盤及餐飲，甜品需另外加錢。先來的餐包籃有三款麵包，出品早已放涼，食味一般。配上香醋橄欖油同吃，醋酸味比預期濃烈，蘸點過量或會有搶喉感。頭盤 Marinated Salmon Carpaccio ，基本上是三文魚沙律的變奏版。三文魚肉質選材偏瘦，經醃製調味後魚香不算很強。下方的田園沙律菜出力恰如其分，最愛那兩小件橘子，汁多甜美。主菜 Oven Baked Garoupa with Fresh Vegetables ，石斑魚扒肉質結實，滑度一般，魚香亦稍淡薄。炒雜菜以三色椒、洋蔥、車厘茄等入饌，色彩繽紛，並富一定香口度。就菜式份量而言，稍稍少了一點，性價比不高。餐飲凍檸茶，糖水自加多少隨意，茶底香味以西餐廳來說已算有交代。

自從四年前尖沙咀店，新正頭一杯水倒落我身之後，我沒有再幫襯了。今天是朋友選的，好吧！再比次機會吧。反正四年前我也常來金鐘店，食物和服務是ok的。今天和老公order了生牛肉(牛肉無牛味，油汁不夠，太乾身）、蔬菜湯（普通）、雞肉雲呑（皮太硬，內𥚃太粉）、羊架（過熟肉太乾）。金鐘店也失守了！是廚房的人轉了嗎？最令人失望的是服務態度奇差，我不要求笑容滿面或是特別殷勤，（雖然我認為這是基本的服務態度）但至少不能黑面吧，一張六人長枱，我坐最右，侍應站最左目無表情粗魯地向我擺大手，原來是收餐牌，我真是呆一呆才有反應，他不能多行兩步嗎？我穿白色衣服，我枱面是黑醋和橄欖油呀！

When it comes to pasta Grappa's is also one to be my resto. Lenguinne in black ink is fantastic,calamari are crispy and not greassy.The cheese cake is wicked that hardly to ressist.

一早book左位lunch, 好多人呀...環境好嘈...order左set lunch...差不多200幾蚊一位啦...depends 你會order d咩main course...beef salad + mushroom risotto + tiramisu~beef salad 賣相幾吸引, 同埋有咸香配rocket leaf..不過rocket leaf唔夠新鮮, 太多olive oil浸住左...所以冇左爽脆口感...不過cherry tomato非常鮮甜多汁呀~~mushroom risotto個賣相好差, 煮到一pat pat好似粥咁...但係個味道就好好, 口感就一pat pat, 所以都幾失望...身為一間意大利餐廳, 連risotto都煮成咁...覺得個廚師應該冇咩心機啦...好彩個味道夠濃...有唔同既mushroom, 唔同既口感, 夠香..所以先合格返...甜品tiramisu...好甜..我覺得太甜喇..冇左咖啡味...太多cream, 唔夠sponge, 同埋d sponge濕哂..冇咩口感..overall, 環境太嘈, 太多客人, 所以侍應都冇咩笑

My girlfriend and I went to Grappa for an early dinner. The seats and service were ok. The provided choices of drinks and food were reasonable and pretty much what you ecpect from an italian restaurant.My girlfriend orderd paste with seafood. 今日lunch時間難得蛇出來，約了很久不見嘅朋友午膳。PP度度都多人，朋友推薦咗呢間，一于試下。有set lunch，包括頭盤，主菜，甜品同飲品。由於啲西餐名太難記啦，以下啲名都係我起嘅。 頭盤都點咗ceaser salad，唔記得影相。用料靚，尤其讚風乾火腿。 番茄酸辣長通粉見巨紅噹噹，以為係茄汁味o者，點知食多几啖，好辣喔，真係估巨唔到。酸味也較重，反而食唔到咩番茄味，不如叫巨意式酸辣粉啦。 奶油汁烤魚伴烤蔬菜奶油汁望落好漏，但食落就唔咩味喔，唔bother蘸咯。反而魚就烤的好，外皮脆脆，魚肉新鮮，仍然很嫩。食完兩大塊魚，都好飽。下面嘅烤蔬菜就有點油。 甜品之意式燉蛋震騰騰，開心心，蛋味很濃，但有點甜，可以改進。如果焦糖味弄些就好啦，唔止蛋味咁單調。 甜品之意式忌廉奶凍呢個質感不得了，唔止雞蛋咁滑，好似初生嬰兒嘅肌膚。雖說是忌廉，但卻唔漏，味道輕甜，無負擔，口感幼滑，入口即化。 咖啡espresso好味，但說好嘅心形拉花呢?

服務: 9/10 可能week day 人少少  d 嘢食上得快; 又會介紹下咩黎; 有禮食物: 8/10 好多人推介甜品, 但我認為佢個墨汁焗飯最值得推介, 勁好食; pizza 都好食, 但無咩驚喜; d 包類/ salad 可以skip ;p份量: 都幾大; 11個人 3個小朋友 (細食), 2個男 (大食) 叫左三個salad, 兩份包, 兩飯, 兩pizza 都有食剩環境: 8/10 舒適價錢: 7/10 都叫match 到個價  一千四百到   總結: 個人口味淡, 食西餐會覺得芝士味濃, 焗飯有點膩 我想和出面比, 這個還是吃到食材應有的味道, 只是我唔太偏好.但還是推介喜歡吃意大利菜的人黎食, 真係唔差:>

PP可以晚飯的餐廳不算多, 我最愛的其實的Thai Basil, 不過那裡比較嘈吵, 不宜談情, 所以今晚選了這間。餐廳格調不錯, 很多白領在HH。Lasagne - 肉醬味道很好, 闊麪軟硬適中, 很不錯。Prama ham pizza - 上面的prama ham加上芝士意想不到的鹹 , 我吃完了一塊已經不想再吃。Latte - 味美香滑, 可以一試。上面的心形女孩子都會喜歡。Tiramisu - 酒味可以濃一點, 個人喜歡軟一點的口感, 但整體來說都不錯。記得從前來的時候, 質素在水準之上, 不過今次之後, 感覺它的質素是下降了。

約了 I 小姐吃午飯，就選在這家在鄙人心目中「好貴又好多人」的餐廳吃。訂了一時的座，座位稍稍擠逼，檯與檯大約一呎距離，聊天大概也會被鄰桌的人聽到 (而事實是，隔離有兩位女士午飯吹水，基本上每隻字我也聽得相當清楚…)。午餐的 set lunch 在前菜 / 主菜 / 甜品選一款，連甜品也有選擇也著實讓鄙人有些期待。前菜選了 Insalata di Verdure，就是 marinated vegetable salad 呀，pepper 浸得夠透，吃起來微爽又油潤，也吃得到甜椒的清甜味；其餘的配角有各類烤蔬菜，roasted mushroom 用的是秀珍菇一類，稍嫌香氣不太夠，茄子味道不太強，質素也只算普普通通。I 小姐選了這個 potato gnocchi, sauteed fennel, meat sauce 作主菜。鄙人喜歡吃 gnocchi，但這裏做得稍軟了一點，沒那種煙韌口感，不算出色；meat sauce 的肉末也相當鞋口，跟 gnocchi 的化學作用沒甚，整體也偏鹹了些 (不是濃味呀)，水準麻麻地喎。我選了這個 pasta salad with assorted seaf

到左今個月最尾一日多謝老細的日子啦, 老細話好想食意粉, 仲太古廣場比較平的選擇得grappa's 就入左去, 但對我黎講好鬼貴單點左1個pizza同pasta, 2杯lemon soda, 之後waiter就放底左餐包1. 餐包: 係一片片的軟包同麥包, 個人鐘意麥包多d, 夠麥味同香軟. waiter仲倒左olive oil同黑醋俾我地沾黎食, 我唔太識欣賞, 只覺得沾左無咁dry only2.
