Oh, Four Seasons in Yau Ma Tei, where do I even start? 🙄 This so-called “authentic” Hong Kong restaurant promised a taste of tradition but delivered a greasy, flavorless mess that left me questioning my life choices. I tried the Clay Pot Rice with Chinese Sausage, Shiitake Mushrooms, and Tender Chicken (臘腸北菇滑雞), Clay Pot Rice with White Eel (白鱔), and the Crispy Oyster Pancake (煎蠔餅), and let’s just say I won’t be rushing back. 🚫🍽️The Clay Pot Rice with Chinese Sausage, Shiitake Mushrooms, and Tender Chicken arrived with a sad fizzle instead of a sizzle. The rice was a soggy, oily puddle, with a crust that tasted like burnt regret. 😖 The chicken was tough, the sausage was bland, and the mushrooms? They must’ve forgotten them because I barely noticed any flavor. It was like eating a greasy afterthought. 🤢The Clay Pot Rice with White Eel was no better. The eel was rubbery, swimming in a pool of oil that made my stomach churn. 🐟💦 The rice lacked any fragrance, and the “crispy” bits were just chewy disappointments. I’m still trying to forget the greasy film it left in my mouth. 😩And the Crispy Oyster Pancake? More like a greasy frisbee! 🦪🥴 It was so oily I could’ve used it to lubricate my car. The oysters were tiny, tasteless, and lost in a doughy, over-fried mess. The “tangy” sauce was just a sad drizzle of something vaguely sour. Yawn. 😑The service? Oh, don’t get me started. The staff acted like they were doing me a favor by taking my order, with zero smiles or warmth. 🙅♂️ The vibe was chaotic and unwelcoming, like they couldn’t wait for us to leave. Spoiler: we couldn’t wait to leave either! 🚪💨Dear tourists, save your money and your appetite. Four Seasons is a trap—greasy food, poor service, and zero Hong Kong charm. Skip this overrated spot and find literally anywhere else in Yau Ma Tei for a better meal. 😤

避雷!避雷!避雷!重要的事情说三遍!几年以前我住在旺角附近,经常来吃,也经常带朋友来吃。那时候到饭点基本上都要排长队。味道、分量都挺好的。这次两个朋友来香港,我差不多有两年没去了,所以想带他们试试香港的传统大排档煲仔饭。昨天晚上到四季煲仔饭的时候,店里居然空空荡荡,只有我们一桌。我还奇怪这是我什么,因为也快到饭点的时候了。您看到后面就知道知道什么原因。我们三个人点了腊鸭排骨饭,白鳝滑鸡饭,蚝饼,还有一个蔬菜通心菜。口味:口味:差!分量少,味道烂。米的质量也烂。煲仔饭讲究的是粒粒分明,晶莹剔透,入口略带Q弹,有一丝丝米粉自带的清香甜味儿。这里的米吃起来完全就是干而无味。点了腊鸭排骨饭,排骨居然只有可怜的3小块。一条腊鸭腿切成大块,咸得要死,还嚼不动。白鳝滑鸡饭只有酱油味,饭还夹生。蚝饼里的生蚝生蚝炸太过了,太干。腐乳通菜时弄了一坨腐乳,通菜水煮了一下蘸着吃的⋯这…。因为确实色香味都不行,当时忘了给煲仔饭拍照了⋯只拍了最开始的通菜和蚝饼.环境:环境:桌子油漆斑驳,塑料筷子,塑料杯子,最廉价的那种椅子。请看图。服务:服务:不能给他们提意见,态度老凶了。我朋友出门后跟我说还害怕,以为老板要打我们性价比:性价比:巨差!!!平均每份100多的煲仔饭。吃了一嘴劣质食物。

我看到許多食評都很差,過去的經驗還不錯,所以決定試一試!一到門口就覺得有些問題,因為客人不多。我點了白鱔排骨煲仔飯、潤腸和通菜。兩位店員看起來都沒有什麼精神,似乎在等著下班。通菜先上,有個塑膠蓋蓋著,這樣的呈現很有趣。揭開蓋子後,通菜看起來應該是加了水煮的,加了一些腐乳。通菜本身的質素不錯,但可能煮得太久,還有半碟水分。吃了兩口,算是將就吧。白鱔排骨飯在大約10分鐘後送到,店員說需要再焗10分鐘後才能加醬油。我有點心急,五分鐘後就打開蓋子,看到兩塊排骨、三片半的白鱔和一條潤腸。摸了鍋子,並不熱,飯還算熱的。除了豉醬味,白鱔幾乎沒有任何味道可言。這次的經驗證實了那些負評並不是空穴來風,感到非常可惜。曾經四季在這裡排著長隊,如今卻變成這樣。如果不想經營,就乾脆關門吧,不要影響遊客對香港美食的印象。完!

突然想食煲仔飯,經過見到呢間舖頭好似好地道咁,就諗住入去試下。入到佢啲夥記已經勁冇禮貌一黎就掟個號碼牌落台,不過算啦食得呢啲都預咗。落咗單之後足足等咗半個幾鐘,先上個蠔餅,再等多咗幾個字先有淥菜同煲仔飯。蠔餅好普通油益味好重,個菜就普普通通,個飯基本上就係蒸飯,冇飯先可以個底燶曬,好大陣燶味又唔係飯焦,啲飯又濕,茶樓蒸飯仲好食過佢,啲餸又少,講緊成90幾蚊一個煲仔飯。真係越食越谷鬼氣,又貴又難食仲要等咁耐。食完返去仲要肚屙,唉。睇返先知以前仲要排隊食,到底一間咁差嘅餐廳點解可以生存咁耐都仲有咁多人食...

細細個成日食,以前真係高質煲仔飯。咁岩經過廟街,想懷念兒時味道,點知中曬大伏,伏伏伏伏伏。等勁耐,又貴,都算啦。蠔餅無左以前種蛋香味,得油味。鳳爪排骨煲仔飯打開個蓋,入面水汪汪,仲濕過屋企電飯煲煮出黎既飯。焗完10分鐘,都係好多水,入面都係濕嘅。無飯焦。鳳爪排骨仲差過酒樓既,排骨得骨,無肉。鳳爪無味。蠔餅夾硬食曬,飯食左1/3,就無食。搞左成個半鐘,食唔飽,最後出去食M記,M記都好食過佢。真心失望,食唔返以前既兒時回憶。
