Came here with my coworker who brought me to this place. I seldom go up to Caine Road so I have never thought there is a viet rest. here. At 12:30, there was already a small line up of people. We waited for awhile before we get to be seated. Quickly, I ordered the pork neck noodles without soup and chose the pineapple drink.It took some time for the noodles to arrive as I was quite hungry when I saw the bowl of noodles in front of me, which means, the food is not pre-made. I added a bit of fish sauce to the noodles and started eating when my coworkers' food also arrived. The noodles tasted quite delish with the right amount of veggies in it. The pork neck is not the top notch like you can find from the better southeast asian res., but I actually quite like the texture of the meat with less fat. The flavour is also authentic to the viet. taste.My pineapple drink was actually pineapple pieces with soda, and no, the soda does not have the taste of pineapple. A normal drink when the drink comes with the food without extra charge.I would definitely come back and try their hainanese chicken which looked quite good (from another table).

堅道上並沒有很多食肆供選擇，除非浴路走到一街之隔的蘇豪，但價錢隨時來個triple。這間越式食店憑親民價錢及多樣款式吸引了我們進內。如此酷熱的天氣，當然要點撈檬，配 香茅雞扒。男朋友點了越式燒牛肉飯。再加多一個小食拼盤。青檸梳打十分解渴又降溫，而且我欣賞他們沒有加很多糖，才可突顯青檸的酸，讚！撈檬 略嫌檬粉偏軟身，伴著甜酸汁吃是很難不好吃的。香茅雞扒煎得香口，屬中上水準。小食拼盤的粉皮做得挺出色，口感不錯，蝦餅也很惹味。春卷及雞肉串燒也是很難不好吃的。食到很飽，埋單每人不用$100。實在是很抵食！希望他們可以支撐到昂貴租金，經營久一點吧。

首先，服務員態度十分好只後我地叫左個小食併盤，啲春卷好脆，又唔油海南雞飯，啲飯好香，啲雞有咬口低唔癡牙燒牛肉飯啲牛肉燒得岩岩好，唔會太韌蝦餅整得好好食，有好多蝦肉而且裝潢簡單舒服，最重要係價錢大眾化平民價格，但有高質素食物

由於朋友推介, 所以今年生日特地去到中環食vitnam 菜慶祝 搭巴士一落車就係, 唔使行 銷頭乾淨企理 講番野食 小食方面: 春卷 , 雞翼 , 札肉等都唔錯,黎到個陣仲係好熱, 所以好好食河粉 湯底有D咸, 下次再食希望會有改進另外叫左牛柳粒紅飯, 牛柳同配汁整得幾好食, 但係飯煲得太淋" 價錢方面十分抵食, 下次會再黎幫襯

週六晚, 早了食晚飯，9:00 pm 左右行至堅道, 想到 SB 飲啡，但坐滿了人，正想沿行人电梯再落, 另覓地方, 轉眼見對面馬路這間越南小館，就有吃碗生牛肉河的衝動，就此棄啡從河吧！店內裝修簡約, 但乾淨企理，進口處是大大的落地玻璃，從店內可清楚見到堅道的風光.當時只有兩枱客, 其中一枱似是 monsieur et mademoiselle ，越南曾受法管治, 法藉客找到此店，應有点水準吧！先來生牛肉河:牛肉呈粉紅色, 食落亦夠嫩，河粉滑得來有咬口, 但芽菜不太夠，靈魂的湯底就最失色了，真是鹹得過了頭, 可能是一時下重了手吧同行的牛丸河:牛丸不夠彈牙，只屬一般，還是那句，真是鹹得過了頭！Share 的春卷炸得夠脆，但不夠鬆，變了實實的，普通！環境幾好, 服務亦 ok, 但食物有改善空間, 但在堅道對我而言有地利，夠方便，价錢亦相宜, will encore for convenience.
