手造意粉越嚟越hit, 但整得好既又真係唔易搵識食既應該知00粉係其中一種做意粉品質最好既麵粉呢度以00粉做招來, 可見得其識食程度, 值得一戰整間餐廳感覺上頗為似酒吧感覺, 一入門口時其實真係有啲驚中伏...但都唔理啦, 唔入都入左, 騎虎難下先嚟個生蠔開開胃, 應該話炸生蠔先啱外層炸得香脆, 但入面機乎係全生, 效果好好麵包跟橄欖油, 正當我頭痕咁點解無醋既時候原來佢地特登揀左呢款麵包係配橄欖油最為出色所以特別收起左個醋既野飲點左杯blue royal, 酒味唔算好猛烈, 清清地都唔錯.炸意大利火腿芝士波, 配蜜瓜醬有少少似平時火腿伴蜜瓜咁不過又有炸既香口同濃郁既芝士Chitarra, 其實就係蟹羔同蟹肉既意粉蟹羔味混和喺意粉汁度, 味度香濃00粉做既意粉, 當然係想像中既彈牙啦西班牙紅蝦, 配XO醬既意粉好特別既配搭, 但又出奇咁夾XO醬本身已經係海味, 配海鮮當然無問題加埋個辣味非常醒胃, 必食推介!仲有唔好唔記得個紅蝦, 如果蝦肉已經叫鮮甜, 咁蝦頭羔就一定要啜到一滴不留啦!最後呢個甜品亦非常創新粟米布甸, 配粟米雪糕啖啖都係濃郁既粟米味, 食落仲有少少粟米既咬口極正!雖然, 點睇呢度都似酒吧多, 論裝潢, 論氣氛亦然但食物質素反而係想像之外既好每一道菜都係精心設計, 用料合適之餘亦不乏創意 繼續閱讀

Decieded to come here with a few friends for super mondays (buy one get one free entree)I made a reservation for 6 at 7:30. The host was very nice as I need to call a few times to admend my booking and ask about any birthday celebration.I arrived a little pass 7:30. the restaurant wasnt very full, but the atmosphere was very nice. Even though the restaurant is small, the lights were dim and we sat at the back where the wines were kept. there was also a little booth at the back. you can also close the curtains too.With a party of 6 we ordered all of the main course and 2 pastas. In addtion to that, I was craving for the beef tartare and a bottle of wine.The Beef Tartare came with 3 pieces of toast. That wasnt enough for the 6 of us. They should have more toast as the tartare itself was quite big. The Beef Tartare was pretty good. It could have a little more seasoning, but the beef taste was good. The food didnt come quite as fast as we wanted it to. We waited a bit for the pasta. We ordered the Spaghettini. It was a signiture dish. and it was not disappointing. We ordered the full size for both pastas. The taste was really good. I didn't even know that they used chinese XO sauce. it wasnt spicy, but it does add a special touch to the dish. The prawn was also very fresh. would recommend this dish. Another pasta that we ordered was the Agnolotti. This is like a short rib dumpling. The sauce was a little creamy. But I would prefer to add a little mushroom to the sauce to give it a little extra touch. I did find the short ribs to be a little salty. However, it was still good. the pasta was the perfect thickness and texture. I would deifnitely come back for more pastas. Again, it took a little longer for the other main dishes to arrive. about 15-20 mins. The pork was tender and juicy. there was a little bit of fat, however it didnt taste fattening at all. not a bad choice. the cod was another delicious dish. The fish was cooked perfectly. It was seasoned well and the form with fish egg was perfect. the prime ribeye is another signuture dish. however, im not a big fan of it. they cooked it perfectly to medium. the beef was tender, but it wasnt very juicy. the bone marrow is very salty for my taste. this dish isnt really my favourite. Lastly, was the lamb. I am not a fan of lamb. they did cook it to our tasting medium. the lamb was tender, but it does have the distinctive lamb taste which i dont know. The dishes werent as filling as expected so we ordered 4 more desserts. Affagao. it comes with milk tea gelato and a peanut butter cookie. the gelato was something different. as the mix with espesso was perfect. I didn't think the peanut butter cookie went well with this combo. but the cookie did have a strong peanut butter taste.the tiramisu wasnt anything special. a typical tiramisu, not amazing not bad. there wanst must coffee taste or lady fingers. wouldnt recommend that. we also ordered a sweet corn vanilla pudding. not knowing what to expect. it was quite interesting. it was more like a corn pudding. it was a little different in a good way. kind of salty kinda of sweet. if you like to try new things, i would say give this a try. it also came with vanilla gelato.With regards to our birthday celebrate. they offered to do a birthday plating when we order desserts. which was nice. overall, a very pleasant and memorable dinner not to mention great deal with our super mondays card. i would definietly return. 繼續閱讀

以00作招倈用意大利特幼麵粉製意粉Trattoria doppio ze 在中區已有一段日子,多時一別今日別有一番滋味在心頭,設於地庫感覺上跟熱鬧中上環街上隔上一道薄磚牆,四人同行一人免費這個構思 實在吸到一班OL客仔,可惜今人一前行惠就給下次好了頭盤之下午市三道主菜選一款價錢由HK$118.起跳, 喜歡吃肉有肉眼扒也有意大利飯、也有高貴龍蝦意粉,價錢配合個人需要、自己今日選取頭盤是炸巴馬火腿丸伴意式蛋黃醬入口炸得香勁肉香隨著在口腔陣陣滲透,蛋黃醬的角色也能配合帶出ricotta and mozzarella氣味感覺不俗主角當然要揀自家製做00意粉, 還要有咁噱頭得咁噱頭、墨魚麵伴海鮮欖油辣蕃茄汁,這兒有半份及一份之區分,HK$148./HK$168.我想切合一些OL女士們,以下便是半份份量、其實不太餓這個份量也合女士始終也是澱粉質食物, 搓麵過程中已加入墨汁所以可放心一口接一口,熱氣騰騰最欣賞連碟也熱、醬汁豐盛底下,微微辣蕃汁味道掛於墨汁麵之內、大大連殼蜆肉亦很味美整體來得不俗甜品對於我來說簡單點來講係一個小情人,無甜不歡、踢走是日「精選甜品」要來兩款每款加上HK$20.意大利烏龍茶雪糕配濃縮咖啡及花生醬曲奇(affogato),及tiramisu配朱古力爆炸糖淡淡而清新的烏龍茶先吃一口很是精彩,沿沿留於嘴巴,加上(expresso)affogato之夢幻組合回味得甜入心伴食之花生醬曲奇小小一個夾心滿注花生醬香氣,這個配搭很新鮮 , yummy~~~簡潔之下面層灑上點缀朱古力粉便成為我今日午飯餐飲,奶泡打得很細綿包圍著咖啡香,暖暖而順滑、約有8安士大小,輕輕細嚐再吃下一道tiramisu配朱古力爆炸糖入口濃重baileys 咖啡酒香被滲透於手指餅內,加上滿嘴Mascarpone和朱古力粉味道各霸一方,如果要我揀我不會揀兩份甜品完全都要、因為真是各有各精彩吃過午飯也快將三點,踏上梯級又是繁忙喧鬧人車聲、回味著除了那不會令人牙齒黑麻麻墨汁麵,也細味上兩款HK$20.就有交跟餐甜品,一切還看明朝儲多幾個朋友仔再吃貨。 繼續閱讀
