由於工作關係,經常都要食無定時同埋獨食65點幾。。。下午茶過左。。。晚飯又未到。。。食個all day breakfast都唔錯wo!自從甜牙牙換左menu之後,多左黎呢度食正餐事關佢有多款唔同種類all day breakfast可以食今日叫左美式all day breakfast同埋花果茶揀呢款主要係因為我想食佢個香蕉斑㦸一份餐有晒甜點同咸點就啱晒我呢個多心既人啦!好鐘意佢個香蕉pancake好厚,但係又做到好鬆軟食落甜甜地而其他配料仲有standard的煙肉,腸仔,沙律,茄汁豆,味道都唔錯既!飲品我揀左花果茶,飲落好有果香少少酸酸地,仲有淡淡既玫瑰花香。。。突然覺得自己好優雅過了一個悠閒的下午,又要繼續工作 繼續閱讀

Having a late lunch in TST after a long day of wedding venue site visit. Me and my fiancé was almost exhausted and we did need a lot of food to recharge the energy lol. Therefore we didnt go far but had a late lunch in the cafe/dessert shop in the middle of the TST centre.The decorations are cute and sweet.We were so hungry and want some salty food too, as we saw some on the menu at the entry, we dicided to go in and take a break in the hot afternoon.Several salty flavour crèpe choices.[Galette Complète]We ordered the classic galette, was obviously attracted by the egg on top. It was actually our first time to try salty food in this dessert place. It didn't disappointed us even though it wasn't very crispy as I expected. But the ingredients were nice.There was a thin layer of hamm hidden under the galette, it tasted nicely when you combined all the ingredients together.This was daily special drink came along with the galette.Afterward, we ordered 2 more desserts to share, to fill up our empty stomach and satisfy our sweet tooth!Serradura Series 木糠布甸[Earl Grey Serradura] Peachy.foodie rating: ✮✮✮✮☆(4/5)We were surprised to see serradura (木糠布甸) on the menu since it is not easy to find serradura in HK (easier in Macau). It was actually a new version of serradura it was not served in a cup like the normal serradura. It kept the layered structure with an extra ice-cream on top. We upgrade it to a Mövenpick ice-cream scoop.There is a Mövenpick ice-ceram station.Earl Grey flavour was surprisinly intense! I like earl grey flavour a lot but I never expect strong taste of tea in dessert, it changed my mind and I recommend all Earl Grey fan should try this. You can see the real tea leaves in the cake (the black little spots). There were even some extra tea leaves on side dish for you to add flavour too. The texture was also nice and smooth.We then wanted to order the famous waffles here. But the matcha falvour was out of stock. Therefore we changed it to another Matcha flavour dessert:[Matcha Lava Cake] Peachy.foodie rating: ✮✮✮☆☆(3/5)It was one of the strongest matcha flavour dessert I have ever had!It was still very warm when it was served. So I am quite sure they prepare it only when you ordered. The outter layer of the lava cake was extremely crunchy! Which made a rich layer of texture. The matcha filling was super intense, it can definitely all the Matcha-tooth person! lol. It was even a little bit bitter in terms of matcha flavour.Everything was in Matcha taste, the cake, the filling and the ice-cream as well. The ice cream texture was smooth and icy. However I couldn't really taste it since the matcha filling in the cake was so strong. 繼續閱讀

愛上「核心的內圍與外圍」在尖沙咀LUNCH之後朋友想加點甜,於是去了附近的甜牙牙找點甜吃裝潢還是走悠閒路線,舒服的格調由於位置非常易找,就在the one後面吸引不少情侶和小朋友夏天的確想飲點清新的特飲於是點了一杯荔枝特飲 ($30)上台是冰涼的黃色小桂花,入口是香甜的沙冰感覺清甜之餘又非常解暑,實在是點讚由於朋友很想吃特別點的甜品所以,來一客「火焰雪山堡」($78)這個甜品份量大,可以和朋友一起SHARE驚喜在於:原來「火焰雪山堡」真的是在你面前點火的!店員先倒了一圈的酒再點火真是紅紅火火,令核心外圍的忌廉都變得焦焦的入口是又冷又熱的感覺,更帶點點酒香核心的內部是雪糕山,配上旁邊的點點草莓、果仁片原來核心的內圍與外圍都好好味!層次非常豐富,好想和黎天王一起吃!  繼續閱讀
