新年假期多, 今晚有空去了老牌酒家, 樂口福, 吃個晚餐. 這酒家主打潮洲魚翅. 牆上的 4款魚翅, 好特別.檯上餐牌, 魚翅款式更多, 價格並不便宜. 我們兩人各選喜好. 叫了 原盅雞炖翅, 菜膽炖鮑翅. 原盅雞炖翅, 暖暖的上檯, 內容有多片魚翅, 雞肉, 雞湯. 魚翅入口軟糯, 翅群份量十足, 雞湯好甜美. 菜膽炖鮑翅, 潮州魚翅, 配上菜膽, 炖湯相當清甜. 但 魚翅單薄, 份量頗少.魚翅口感有彈力, 味道濃郁, 加些莞茜和醋一起吃, 更有層次感!香酥芋茸鴨, 外表金黃鬆脆, 內裏藏著厚厚鵝肉, 夾上軟滑可口芋泥, 味道酥香, 加點甜醬, 吾錯. 北菇鵝掌煲北菇燜得軟稔入味, 配上巨型鵝掌, 油潤軟滑, 鮑汁味濃, 真美味.餐後飲杯功夫茶. 比吃甜品更好.最後埋單, 才知這酒家不收信用咭, 要用現金付款. 保持古舊作風, 太傳統, 酒家欠裝修, 不合潮流.

呢間潮州菜喺出面望已經睇得出好有歷史咁,而入面無論餐具、枱櫈定裝修,都好有懷舊嘅味道!一坐低已經擺低碟花生同裝咗4杯工夫茶俾我地,工夫茶係潮州特色茶嚟,所指嘅功夫係講緊獨特泡茶技藝,雖然茶色好淺,但飲起嚟好濃好回甘~我地叫咗最出名嘅潮州滷水,揀咗鵝翼同鵝肝,鵝翼滷得好入味,鵝肝D油脂香味幾重幾好食,仲有D滷豆腐都好食,食到滷水味同豆香味,跟住最鍾意係碗蠔仔粥,好鮮甜,潮州粥係好似泡飯咁,唔同綿滑嘅廣東粥,D蠔仔好新鮮,仲加咗D木魚、香菇同肉碎,食落更加鮮同有口感~ 另外店員推介咗個菊花石榴雞,(味道同石榴無關,只係個樣似石榴),好似層蛋白皮包住D雞肉碎同配料,食落清清地都好食,但無好驚豔,整體都不錯~P.S. 走前店員又裝多4杯工夫茶俾我地,呢D係咪叫有頭有尾?定首尾呼應?

去了樂口福酒家點了福果芋泥 。福果芋泥是以芋泥為基底,加入福果, 即白果。潮汕做法相對簡潔,注重芋頭本身的香糯和福果的口感, 做得相當好。芋泥部分, 口感很優秀, 吃起來粉糯、香軟、順滑,有「入口即化」的感覺。應該是用了品質很好的芋頭, 所以芋泥吃起來帶有天然的芋頭香氣。芋泥風味以清甜為主,甜度適中,不過於甜膩。芋頭的香味明顯主角, 做得很好。福果部分, 白果在芋泥中主要提供粒狀的口感,與粉糯的芋泥形成對比,增加口感的層次感。福果吃起來味道甘甜而清香,口感不會太粉或太硬,而是略帶嚼勁, 兩者都很好吃, 吃起來口感層次豐富,既有芋泥的順滑粉糯,又有福果的咬口。味道亦相當平衡,福果加入否恰到好處,不會喧賓奪主,而是減低芋泥的甜膩感, 然後突顯了芋頭的天然香氣和豬油的香氣四溢。芋泥炒得夠軟滑,福果處理又到位不會苦, 相當專業, 香氣足,味道自然。福果甘甜帶清香,口感與芋泥形成良好對比。然後豬油油的使用和加入提升了風味和口感。整體甜度適中,口感層次豐富, 很好吃, 是必點之選。

平日夜晚同老公兩個人過嚟試吓呢間歷史悠久嘅潮式酒樓,一半都係吉位🫣🫣坐低冇幾耐店員就奉上前菜同埋功夫茶⭐️咕嚕雞球雖然呢度主打潮州菜,但係我都係敵不過咕嚕甜酸汁嘅引誘😂雞球外層香脆,炸粉唔厚,但就唔係好食得到肉,因為啲肉太細粒😅😅❤️方魚炒芥蘭方魚香口,唔會太硬,芥蘭爽脆無苦澀味,唔算油膩😋⭐️芥蘭欖菜炒飯主食果然係最大碟😂味道偏清淡冇乜欖菜味,飯粒稍為有啲濕服務唔錯👍 食物水準就一般綜合呢個環境氣氛,我諗如果長者過嚟食應該都會鍾意嘅

炒飯堂食,原隻飛機鵝外賣,收咗$900鵝再加$50 加工費+10% 服務費。總共$1040。擺咗落個啤酒箱入面未去到機場唔夠兩小時已經溶溶爛爛,條骨頭頸甩咗出嚟。搵笨咩點食啊?令人難以置信的是,在經濟如此不景氣的情況下這家餐廳居然還能生存下來。以後唔會再踏入呢間餐廳。工作人員的態度也非常惡劣。如果我唔係急住去機場,我應該報警。Took away a whole goose for the airplane, and before we got to the airport the box was all destroyed and sauces were leaking out of it. On top of this, the head and neck were exposed and a bone was broken off inside the cardboard box.I was charged $900 for the goose itself, with an additional 10% dining in service charge although this was for takeaway from the start. In addition $50 was charged for “extra packaging service”. Unbelievable how this restaurant can exist in times like this when economy is so bad. We reasoned with them and their attitude is horrendous. NEVER come to this restaurant unless you’re ready to be ripped off. Attitude of the staff was also horrendous and if we weren’t in a hurry I would have called the police! Just because we’re taking it onto the plane doesn’t mean we’re not locals, and even if we were tourists, you shouldn’t scam them like that!
