A letter I sent out to their company to provide my feedback. that tell you their services I experienced.
My family of 7 members today had a dinner at one of your restaurants located at Shop 301-303, 3/F., Causeway Center, 28 Harbour Road, Wanchai at 7:30 pm on 25th August. We have experienced the worst and most unpleasant services that your group of restaurants should be ashamed of.
We ordered a set dinner for 6 people but your staff made the wrong order for 12 people. I realized this in the second dish. then I immediately stopped them to do so and spoke with a staff who claimed that he was the manager and he was in charge of the restaurant. I tried to explain to him that there must be a mistake in the order as there was no way that we could consume the amount of food that was meant for 12 people. However, he totally ignored my complaint and argued that there was nothing he could do to change the order once it was made. His attitude was so bad and disgusting that he was implying that it was totally our responsibility to accept the mistake and he could care less of how we should handle the surplus of the food. To avoid further embarrassment to my family, which included 3 visiting relatives from France, I was forced to accept the set dinner for 12 people against my own will. Nevertheless, our pleasant family gathering was completely spoiled, not to mention the wastage of the food.
As a faithful customer, we have visited your chain of restaurants many many times. We have never experienced the kind of poor and unprofessional service like we did in the above restaurant. It has not only damaged the image of your chain of restaurants, but it has badly stained the goodwill of the whole culinary industry and tourism in Hong Kong.
I am filing this complaint to draw your attention to the above matter so that you can discipline your staff and improve their manner and service.
